Hello, I submitted the complaint to the company CupShe asking for a full refund of my productsI had to go through a lot of trouble and arguments from the company to obtain a refundThe company asked that I send the items backOnce the items were sent, they asked for a tracking numberI was not able to produce a tracking number from a fault of my own, the company was only going to give me store credit - for not having a tracking numberAfter arguing with the company about never wanting to do business with them and about confirming the receipt of my package, I was able to get a full refund for the products I returned; however, I still was not reimbursed for shipping chargesI'm still dissatisfied with this company as they should pay me back for the shipping charges I had to pay to send back faulty products

I placed an order with Cupshe.com on 4/Received half of the items on 5/Had to inquire where the rest of the items in the order were times before I got an answer a few days later The real issue happened when the order fully arrivedAll items were not as advertisedNone of the products were consistent with descriptions - none were consistent with the *fake [redacted] reviewsAfter inquiring a few times about where I could ship all items back for a full refund, no response was given I found one website that said you could ship the items to a warehouse but that most customers recieve NO refund back for returned items as it is up to the company's discretionUpon further research, I now realize this website is a complete scamIt came to fruition this year, and I have other girlfriends that have bought items - they were not as advertised - and have tried to return them with no avail This is a scam and I would love a full refund - but would be even more satisfied if htis c
