Cupshe.com never delivered the item I purchasedTheir phone number just beeps when you call and they never answered my emailI ordered and paid for an item on Sept They sent me a confirmation email stating the order will be shipped with in days and arrive no later than daysI checked online and the item was never shippedI emailed them and they sent an auto response saying them would get back to be in daysThey never got back to meTheir phone line doesn't workI posted on there [redacted] complaining along with a lot of other complaints from customers who never received purchased itemsI have disputed the charge with my credit card company

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I have yet to see a refund on my credit card I contacted the credit card company that I used and they show nothing pending from Cupshe I did not think they would refund my money due to the (over 1,000) reviews/complaints I viewed online stating that they do not send merchandise, return emails and phone calls, nor refund money Can the Revdex.com help me figure out if there is a class action lawsuit against this company? Their products are not what they are advertised at The are only available via email and never get backThe only success I have had was to post something on their [redacted]  page In addition, they ship from all over the world and do not provide tracking information thats correctThey also offer a full refund for store credit and that allows you to replace an order for other sizes but then the item is not longer available Once the item is shipped, you cannot exchange that item if there is a discrepancy or size issue Therefore you are stuck with merchandise that you cannot use I think this is a scamI am highly frustrated

They need to update their return policy as they don't state a refund is for only HALF of what you purchased it for! I received an e-mail on March 20th, from cupshe stating that my package had shipped and would arrive in 7-business days I waited a couple days past that to contact the companyI contacted them via the contact options listed on their website; one being an e-mail and the other a phone numberI have sent approximately e-mails regarding this and have received no responsesI called the number listed and the number is not validThey also have a tracking option on the website where you can enter in your order numberI did this as well and of course, the order could not be foundI have been attempting to contact them over a time of weeks now and just want to be refunded the money that I spentMy order number is order [redacted]

After over weeks of waiting my order was not delivered to meIt became evident to me through their [redacted] page that many customers experience the same issue of not receiving their productsTrying to contact the company through phone you call an out of service help lineThrough email you only receive automated responses which do not address your queriesAfter reading other's experiences with this company I am very suspicious that it is in fact a scam
