I am rejecting this response because: They are sending only one more of the five items I ordered from them, I have to wait 6-8 days and then even more, as they mentioned. Where is the rest of my order and why would it take several weeks to receive this when it's only up at a NY Post Office? This makes no sense! I've ordered things for years and it has never taken this long. I want my money refunded to me and the order cancelled, as I do not believe one thing Cupshe says!

I need to return two unworn swimsuits to cupshe I specified which two products I needed return and the reason for the return (sizing)Instead of returning the two items they stated "A $store credit can be offered for you to exchange the right size or buy another style if you like, with no need for you to send the item back"There return policy clearly states Orders are able to be canceled and refunded before shipping Easy to initiate a refund or exchange in days after delivery Items can be returned or exchanged generally for any reason, quality or size problems or other reasons accepted by our customer service Items must be returned unwashed and undamaged As to bikinis, we only accept returning whole set of bikinis,both top and bottom, not one part Sales and clearance items cannot be refunded or exchanged (except for damaged or wrong items) If customer service offers a coupon to compensate your first order, the next order with this coupon app

Cupshe item I ordered months ago still has not arrived and if I track it using the order number, it states"' order not found"I emailed them and the response I got was computer generated with grammatical errors

Refuses to refund- swimsuits WAY too bigNo phone number to callI recently bought swimsuits and followed the online sizing chartIt must be way off because the suits are HUGE on me (got a M and a L- and I'm months pregnant!)I emailed their [redacted] email address asking how do I send them back and get a refundI gave them my order numberThey replied asking me for the SKU numbers of the products I need to returnI replied saying they should have all this information under my order numberNever heard back from them again

I wish it was possible to give this company starsThey tried to steal $dollars from me because I couldn't produce a tracking number proving that I returned their swimsuitsThey said their warehouse didn't receive the suits and there was nothing they could doBoy, were they embarrassed when my post office helped me locate the tracking numberSure enough, they had received my package a week prior

I ordered $dollars worth of products from their website and they were never delivered in the mail When I first asked them when I could expect them to be delivered (since the tracking updated times in weeks) they told me to "be patient, your suits are on the way" fast forward another week, still no suits This is almost times the allotted time they said I would have my suits in, so I am done being patient and waiting My trip is in days, and I have nothing to wear I asked for a refund, they told me they can only give me a 50% refund Why should I be penalized for this company being a total scam and taking my money and never sending product? This company needs to be shut down immediately After doing more research on them, it has been found that I am one of hundreds that this has happened to This business is a total scam!
