Absolutely outraged by this companyI order shirts from Cupshe on September 5th, I entered my email so I would be updated on the processing of my orderI then paid for my order through Amazon paymentsMy credit card was charged on the 6th of September, but I never received a confirmation emailBecause I have not received a confirmation email, I cannot keep track of my packageSince then, I have received emails from Cupshe, all promotion emailsClearly I entered the correct emailIt is now September 21st, I have waited days and still nothingToday, I emailed the company asking what the hold up wasThis was their response: "Your request (152625) has been receivedWe suggest our customer don't keep on updating your mails as our system will escalate your mails into newest onesHowever, our agents reply mails from the oldest to the latest, which will cause an unnecessary delayed reply." As you can tell, there are multiple spelling and grammar errorsNot sure if I am talking to a robot or a year old

I appreciate all the help I am receiving with my caseI just received the return addressThe representative said I will get a full refund but I am still very worried that I may notI am getting a tracking number for the package so I can ensure its safe deliveryIf possible, I would like the case open until the refund is put back on my credit cardResponses and communication from the business is inconsistent and after reading online reviews for the company, I'm wondering if I will actually receive my refund even though they are saying they will Thank you again [redacted] ***

The website claims that refunds are "easy to initiate" but this is complete false There are several issues with this claim Not all items received contain a barcode which is required for refunds I e-mailed support dozens (yes, dozens) of times only to receive replies back from a different womens name each time with various emojis which are not relevant and not professional There is no phone number to call to speak with a human being Packaging does not come with return order form Difficult to obtain address to return items to (via e-mail communication) Later found out that either you have to pay for shipping back OR they you could keep the items less $charge per item (which online page does not state) Overall, have been in contact with the return e-mail address for over a week, have e-mailed repeatedly and still there is no indication I will receive any refunds back
