This company needs to be shut down immediately; it's a huge scam I placed my order in early September, and $was taken out of my account immediatelyConveniently, when I now go to log in to my account to search my order history, I'm unable to get back into the website (I've seen where this has happened to other customers by looking at all of the negative customer feedback on the company's [redacted] page)Luckily, I wrote down my order number and details I received a confirmation email some time later, letting me know that my order would arrive via FedEx Express in 4-daysdays later (9/24), I sent another email asking the whereabouts of my two itemsI received a response a week later (10/1) telling me that the two sweaters were out of stock, and I could either wait another 15-days to receive them, or have my order cancelled and receive a refundI of course asked for the refund, immediately responding to that email on 10/1, and never received a responseI followed

I placed an order from Cupshe 11/12/& paid for the 'faster' shipping of 5-days in hopes of receiving the shirt by thanksgivingWith less than days left, I had yet to receive any shipping notices, order status on yhe site showed unfulfilled Filled out a contact us request with no response, tried calling # on site, it just rang Sent email to addy given on original order email with a response if 'will notify you when item has shipped' On 11/i finally received shipping notification with days left til reach days, will see if I receive it If order crom this company, don't bother with faster shipping, not worth it

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me I do want to add that I find it interesting that the company didn't respond to either of my emails from last week until after they were notified by the Revdex.com of my complaint I thank the Revdex.com for assisting in getting me a refund To Cupshe, I will NOT do business with you again and will tell everyone not to as well

Hello- I feel like this company is a scam, I ordered something from them on their website weeks ago ($order) and never received a confirmation email, although they did charge my cardI've been trying to call their number and it's not workingI emailed them different times and haven't heard backI also looked on their [redacted] page and it's covered in complaints about not receiving products or hearing back from their customer serviceI just want to make sure that they get what they deserve if they are indeed scamming everyone

I ordered several suits from Cupshe and was very pleased with the delivery time and the quality of suits However I ordered a few extra to have a variety to choose from knowing I was going to return a fewSeems impossible to return! I wish these reviews were available when I purchased suits as I am having an impossible time getting a return email with return information There isn't an # to call and so far the few emails I've sent, including all of the "return" information needed per their website have gone unansweredDo we have any recourse here? Has any one had any luck with returns at Cupshe? If not......BUYER BEWARE!!!!
