I am rejecting this response because:I have yet to see a refund on my credit card.  I contacted the credit card company that I used and they show nothing pending from Cupshe.  I did not think they would refund my money due to the (over 1,000) reviews/complaints I viewed online stating that they do not send merchandise, return emails and phone calls, nor refund money.  Can the Revdex.com help me figure out if there is a class action lawsuit against this company?  Or how I can help to make sure that this company does not scam other consumers? Thank You!
