I am rejecting this response because:
Hi there! I appreciate all the help I am receiving with my case. I just received the return address. The representative said I will get a full refund but I am still very worried that I may not. I am getting a tracking number for the package so I can ensure its safe delivery. If possible, I would like the case open until the refund is put back on my credit card. Responses and communication from the business is inconsistent and after reading online reviews for the company, I'm wondering if I will actually receive my refund even though they are saying they will.  Thank you again.
