My car was rear ended December , filed claim that Monday they where not open over the weekend know calim line took pictures of my car January been getting the run around every since why should my insurance company pay for your member negativity poor customer service

This is the worst experience I have ever had in my life with any insurance companyIf you have a accident they DON'T help you very much.They take for ever to go through the process and they really really really don't care for you at all,all this people want is to screw you

I do not recommend this business to anybody! It is impossible to speak to anybody from the claims departmentAll calls go directly to voicemailsAfter speaking to the claims persons supervisor and then her supervisor, nobody could explain their policy as to what to do when filing a claim or how their claims work exactly

This insurance takes forever my car was sitting for a month before they even got started working on it now it's ready I paid my deductible still waiting I was involved in a hit and run it's rded I need my car now I am paying for just to sit there they need to move faster

Worst insurance company in my entire life experienceI file a claim with them about a car accident with one of their clients and it has been a month now since the incident and they have not returned my calls and my case is going nowhereWorse customer service in the history , I would say

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: I find it amazing how hard you guys are trying to protect your driver and your pocket, the excluded driver name on this policy is Dion Carter a male personThere were ladies / girls in this vehicle that we have a picture of and there was no person that can look like Dion a male personYou guys need to get your lies Straight: First, you said the driver was in Las Vegas and she claimed her car was stolen, next, you said the policy was cancelled due to non-payment and now you say it was driven by the excluded driverWhich is it? This Insurance company is ran very poorlyExactly what the first reviewer says happened to them, (not returning calls, not letting you speak to a manager, giving them the run around , not giving any exact answers) is what happened to meThe worst thing is that they can't seem to figure out what coverage their policy holder( that rammed my car from behind and ruined it)has, despite alliance united holding the policyThis Company is horrible

Their insured went to make a U-turn from a parked position on the side of the road without looking and wrecked my carI called to make a complaint and was told I did not need to report it to the policeAlliance United Insurance took a report from me from the scene which took a very, very, long, long time to finish because their CSR didn't speak English well enough, apparentlyI didn't hear from them for nearly two weeks so I called again to check on the status of my claimThey did not call me back for awhileThe voice mail message said, "If you feel it is taking to long to get a return call, please call my supervisor"I left a message anyway, and when they finally did call me back, they said that my claim had been improperly entered and the had to start overFine, I obligedThe next day they had me meet with an adjusterFineSeemed like things were progressingTime went by and I left several messages but received no return callMy Insurance company called to say they were going to help me with may claim, and today after nearly months, my car still has not been fixedI am completely outraged by the lack of diligence and this company's failure to act in good faith!

HAS BEEN OVER ONE MONTH SINCE ACCIDENT WE GET THE RUN AROUND HAVE BEEN ASSIGNED DIFFERENT CLAIM ADJUSTERS ON HOLD FOR PLUS MINUTES HARDLY GET CALL BACKS WHEN WE DO GET AHOLD OF SOMEONE WE ARE TOLD THEY ARE JUST FINISHING PAPER WORK, THE COLLISION CENTER HAS CALLED US AND ASKED US WHAT IS GOING ON BECAUSE THEY CANT GET ANYTHING DONE EITHER WITH THIS COMPANY, I WAS TOLD FROM THE COLLISION CENTER THAT THE CAR WAS A TOTAL LOSS BEFORE THE INSURNANCE COMPANY EVEN TOLD US IT ALSO TOOK THEM WEEKS TO REIMBURSE US FOR TOWING THAT WE HAD TO PAY FOR BECAUSE THE DAY OF THE ACCIDENT WE WERE TOLD TOWING WAS NOT INCLUDED AND WE HAD TO PAY TO HAVE THE CAR TOWED FROM THE ACCIDENTOVER ONE MONTH AN STILL WAITING!!!! RIDICULOUS WE HAVE NEVER HAD TO WAIT LONGER THEN A FEW WEEKS TO GET OUR CHECK IN HAND FROM ANY OTHER TOTAL LOSS, AND COMMUNICATION WAS GREAT THROUGH THE OTHER COMPANY WE HAVE HADq STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE

WORST INS COMPANY EVER! Unprofessional and rude reps, who NEVER answer their phones, NEVER call back, and LOW-BALL claim payments to a new low standard My local body shop has BLACKLISTED this company because of their poor, unprofessional business practices! AVOID if at all possible!!!

Our investigation which included our insured’s statement, your statement, photographs of each vehicle, the traffic collision report including no witness statement concluded 0pt">you were the proximate cause of this collision You failed to maintain a proper lookout and failed to obey a traffic control device Our insured’s automobile insurance policy allows us to make payment to another party when we believe our insured was legally liable for those damages In this case, we do not believe our insured was liable for your damages If you have any additional information you would like us to consider kindly forward it to us today

I am in the process of a claim through them right nowI have called the lady assigned to me every single day and left a voicemail every single day for the past TWO WEEKS!!!!! I have even called her manager and he has also failed to call me backMy window will not close completely because of the accident and it is now starting to rainIf any of my property gets damaged due to the rain you better believe I am taking them to court to get everything replacedI have been in too many car accidents unfortunately (none ever my fault) and this is by far with no hesitation the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with

I was hit by an Alliance insured driver 8/27/two weeks agoI filed a claim and was assigned an adjusterI have never received a call back after leaving numerous messagesI have only been hearing voice mail message to leave contact information but never got a call backThis company has the worst customer service everThe persons I have been able to speak seem to have a oh well attitudeI hope this company gets investigated and rated even lower so no one is buying their service
