The Company obtained your recorded statement on July 19, 2016 and you stated there were not witnesses, the Company spoke to your carrier and confirmed with our insured there were no witnesses at the scene of the collision. As such, our decision stands.
justify; MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">Our investigation which included our insured’s statement, your statement, photographs of each vehicle, no traffic collision report including no witness statement concluded you were the proximate cause of this collision. You failed to maintain a proper lookout as per California Vehicle Code (CVC) 21750, you failed to yield right of way to an oncoming vehicle which was in the intersection and was so close as to constitute an immediate hazard as per (CVC) 22107 and you turned from a direct course when such movement could not be made with safety as per (CVC) 21801(a). Kindly refer to the Company’s liability denial letter dated August 19, 2016. Our insured’s automobile insurance policy allows us to make payment to another party when we believe our insured was legally liable for those damages.  This issue is not resolved, and no improvement has been seen as far as being able to even reach the person assigned to my claim. I will keep opening complaints until you communicate and resolve this issue to my satisfaction. Zero communication, not able to reach the adjuster, and I have not been paid. 
This issue has not been resolved. I still have received no communication from anyone I have called at Alliance United. My car has not been repaired, I have not been paid.

I am rejecting this response because:It is about to be the fourth month since the accident occurred and my claim still remains unresolved. When will the damages be considered?

I was rear-ended by a vehicle with Alliance Coverage. I was encouraged to go through the vehicle's insurance rather than mine. Called Alliance and was given a claim number and was assured that the vehicle was covered. We were given a claim number and told an adjuster would contact us within the next two days. An Alliance service rep contacted me the next business day, but I missed the call. I called back everyday for a week, and left a message (the rep's voice mail said that he would call back the next day) every time. He never called back. I finally called Alliance back on the main number, not going through the rep's extension, and they put me through to the rep. He told me that there was a coverage investigation, and they could not process the claim. I told him a phone message would have been nice so I could go through my insurance. He said that he had just put a letter in the mail. I told him that I had not received a letter. He said that he could understand that because he had just put the letter in the mail. On one of the messages I left, I gave my cell number, and email so he could send me an update. I again asked why he had not left me a message. He said sorry, I said goodbye. I feel this company is evasive and will try to not pay claims that are due. I am glad they are not my insurance company.

After being in a car accident for the first time Alliance has made the experiance even more stressful. Having Alliance is like not having insurance at all, After having police reports and witness that proved the accident was not my fault, I had to make all the calls, drive places to get estimates. Oh my Agent? yea she spoke to me once and I never heard from her again, I called her so many times that her voicemail box is now full. Supervisors and managers? HA good luck getting a hold of those. So what do I get for PAYING them to cover me.
1) USELESS insurance
2) USELESS associates
3) A $700 bill for damages that weren't even my fault.
This is a poor excuse of an insurance.

This is the worst experience I have ever had in my life with any insurance company. If you have a accident they DON'T help you very much.They take for ever to go through the process and they really really really don't care for you at all,all this people want is to screw you.

Worst insurance company in my entire life experience. I file a claim with them about a car accident with one of their clients and it has been a month now since the incident and they have not returned my calls and my case is going nowhere. Worse customer service in the history , I would say.

The Company’s records reveal our adjuster J[redacted] spoke directly to R[redacted] on 06/17/2016 for 34 minutes to obtain his statement, explain the claims process and the supplement process....


 
On 07/15/2016 Richard confirmed receipt of our original payment confirmed we received the shops request for a supplement. We agreed to make payment directly to your shop of choice once the supplement was approved. The Company spoke to Richard again on 07/21/2016 to go over the approved supplement.
Our adjuster Jaime called ###-###-#### yesterday, 07/21/2016 and left a message on your voicemail.

HAS BEEN OVER ONE MONTH SINCE ACCIDENT WE GET THE RUN AROUND HAVE BEEN ASSIGNED 3 DIFFERENT CLAIM ADJUSTERS ON HOLD FOR 30 PLUS MINUTES HARDLY GET CALL BACKS WHEN WE DO GET AHOLD OF SOMEONE WE ARE TOLD THEY ARE JUST FINISHING PAPER WORK, THE COLLISION CENTER HAS CALLED US AND ASKED US WHAT IS GOING ON BECAUSE THEY CANT GET ANYTHING DONE EITHER WITH THIS COMPANY, I WAS TOLD FROM THE COLLISION CENTER THAT THE CAR WAS A TOTAL LOSS BEFORE THE INSURNANCE COMPANY EVEN TOLD US IT ALSO TOOK THEM 3 WEEKS TO REIMBURSE US FOR TOWING THAT WE HAD TO PAY FOR BECAUSE THE DAY OF THE ACCIDENT WE WERE TOLD TOWING WAS NOT INCLUDED AND WE HAD TO PAY TO HAVE THE CAR TOWED FROM THE ACCIDENT. OVER ONE MONTH AN STILL WAITING!!!! RIDICULOUS WE HAVE NEVER HAD TO WAIT LONGER THEN A FEW WEEKS TO GET OUR CHECK IN HAND FROM ANY OTHER TOTAL LOSS, AND COMMUNICATION WAS GREAT THROUGH THE OTHER COMPANY WE HAVE HADq STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE

Our insured had a valid policy in force on the date of the loss and liability is not disputed.
 
The loss related Property Damage total may exceed our insured’s Property Damage limit.
 
As such, the Company is currently collecting and confirming all Property Damage estimates as directly related to the above referenced loss.
 
Once all of the loss related Property Damages can be confirmed the Company will know if the total of all Property Damage exceeds our insured’s Property Damage policy limit.
 
If the total loss related Property Damages exceed our insured’s Property Damage limit the Company will extend apportioned, or pro rata, offers to settle each party’s damages.
 
If each party agrees to the settlement offers the Company will mail out Property Damage releases to each party.
 
Once each of Property Damage releases are signed and returned to us the Company will be able to process Property Damage payments in the agreed amounts to each party.

It has been almost a month since my accident and I have yet to hear anything about an estimate or if my care is even repairable. This is the worst company every and I am in contact with the California liability insurance . Never returns a phone call nor email in a timely manner. Law suite?!?

This insurance is soo bad. Worst insurance you can get. The service not good at all. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL.

Your vehicle has been inspected and an estimate of repairs has been completed.
Because this loss occurred at 2:30am and the Company has been unable to confirm if our insured was DUI the Company requires a more diligent investigation into the facts surrounding this loss than might normally be the case.
The Company believes the investigation will conclude soon.
The Company will keep you informed as to the status of your claim.

Spoke with Ethan from body shop on 10/19/18 at 4:42pm, they haven't receive money yet, they still have my car on hold, and I still on rental car. It's almost 3 weeks since I drop my car in the body shop, and I have been told by the body shop waiting for paycheck of insurance company from 10/7/16. Body shop tried to contact with Felicia many times, no receive any answer yet. I need my car back as soon as possible.

I am rejecting this response because:
The business continues to talk in circles as part of their business strategy and delay or avoid payments. The Department of Insurance, media and legal remedies are the only alternatives to solving this very simple issue. My numerous phone calls and reaching out to the Revdex.com were informal and no cost options to resolve this issue where the business is legally liable. Unfortunately, more time, energy and resources will be spent for the same outcome.
