Regretfully, you are mistaken. You did not purchase Collision Coverage, you must pursue your claim against the at fault party or their carrier.
When I call the police department to inquire about the report, the officers ask that my insurance be the ones to get it and that this situation needs to be handled between my insurance and the other insurance.

To date we are still waiting on your shop to provide us with their tax information so we can issue payment.
Your shop was advised of this on 10/24/16 and again twice on 10/27/16.
To date we still have not received the requested and required info that we need from them.

WORST INS COMPANY EVER! Unprofessional and rude reps, who NEVER answer their phones, NEVER call back, and LOW-BALL claim payments to a new low standard. My local body shop has BLACKLISTED this company because of their poor, unprofessional business practices! AVOID if at all possible!!!

I am in the process of a claim through them right now. I have called the lady assigned to me every single day and left a voicemail every single day for the past TWO WEEKS!!!!! I have even called her manager and he has also failed to call me back. My window will not close completely because of the accident and it is now starting to rain. If any of my property gets damaged due to the rain you better believe I am taking them to court to get everything replaced. I have been in too many car accidents unfortunately (none ever my fault) and this is by far with no hesitation the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with.

I've been waiting 6 weeks to be paid for my car which their client totaled while driving drunk...
After 3 weeks I found out they never even bothered to get a copy of the police report. So I personally had to get them a copy.
The 4th week they sent out an Appraiser.
The 5th week they told me they found my car to be a total loss. And that I would be hearing from a Total Loss Adjuster soon.
On the 6th week I got this email:
"Mr Xxxxxx,
There is a challenge with the limits available to pay for the damages of your vehicle, your vehicle is a total loss. May I suggest you go through your own carrier to ensure your are made whole, less your deductible, and allow your carrier to subrogate Alliance United Insurance Company in your behalf. This may minimize your expenses.

Reading all these reviews and I can relate 100% to all of them. This company is a fraud, how come this company still exist, we should put this company out of business! Our two parked cars got hit on 8/5/16 by a driver insured with Alliance (Claim# [redacted]). It is over a month now,we still waiting for our compensate to repair our car, but they do not return calls, they try to ignore you till you give up, guess what, I am plan to fight until someone pays for my repairs!
This not worst thing your lovely car got hit by a careless driver, the worst thing is you have to deal with alliance united, their company is not a insurance company but a voice mail company.My first adjuster is [redacted]who think I calling her is annoy so she passed my case to my new adjuster [redacted]! brilliant! because I don't think [redacted]is real person, never hear his voice, never call me or return my phone call.
For those alliance clients ,you have preparing law suit when you buy the insurance from irresponsible company.

I am rejecting this response because: I have read hundreds of complaints about this company. It is typical of them to say they will call a customer and then not do so. Even if they do, they are rude and...

make excuses while resolving nothing. I did not ask for them just to call me. I asked them to get started on the repair of my car, pay for a rental car, and complete this claim. Calling me and rudely saying they'll get to it when they have time is not satisfactory.

the adjuster (8/5), the claim has not been resolved. Their appraiser inspected the damage on 8/8 and sent copies of the estimate to myself and their adjuster, J[redacted]. I've asked Jenna for a status update via email on 8/9 and left voicemail on 8/10. I have not gotten a reply to date. Would like the claim resolved and the damage to my car fixed.

WOW! I'm just amazed on how many negative reviews about this company. I'm just another one added on the list. I have 2 cases pending and I feel like I'm the criminal getting punished. Both cases I was not a fault. 1st one was a hit and run and second car theft.. I also have issues with customer service not returning calls(Andrew). Left numerous messages straight to voicemail and now he's on vacation. As for the 2nd issue my car was stolen and I gave all the vital information and I'm still car less and still making a car payment...
Now they tell me it was sent to a investigation dept. and need to interview me. But not til 1/5/2015.. wow more time added without any results..

I hace been un a car accidente con 04/30/16 and there hanot been any resolution. Muy adjuster and his manager never return muy calle, so their policy of I will Call you by the end of the business day is bull [redacted]. I am changing muy insurance after this

Their insured went to make a U-turn from a parked position on the side of the road without looking and wrecked my car. I called to make a complaint and was told I did not need to report it to the police. Alliance United Insurance took a report from me from the scene which took a very, very, long, long time to finish because their CSR didn't speak English well enough, apparently. I didn't hear from them for nearly two weeks so I called again to check on the status of my claim. They did not call me back for awhile. The voice mail message said, "If you feel it is taking to long to get a return call, please call my supervisor". I left a message anyway, and when they finally did call me back, they said that my claim had been improperly entered and the had to start over. Fine, I obliged. The next day they had me meet with an adjuster. Fine. Seemed like things were progressing. Time went by and I left several messages but received no return call. My Insurance company called to say they were going to help me with may claim, and today after nearly 5 months, my car still has not been fixed. I am completely outraged by the lack of diligence and this company's failure to act in good faith!

Claim Number:[redacted]r: [redacted]  On Nov 21st I was rear ended by one of there policy holders. I called and reported my claim to them. Over the phone they were very nice and appeared to want to help and get this resolved. They assigned a Claims Adjuster and an someone to inspect the car.

The inspector was out very quickly I went over all the damage, and was told that the Adjuster([redacted]) would contact me in 24/38 hours. Well here we are more than 2 weeks in and I have not heard anything. I left 5 messages, and had the receptionist send an email.

It seems that if you call the only thing you can do is leave a voice mail, or have someone send an email. They will NOT get back to you in a timely fashion.

The worst part is that people are getting more feedback here leaving negative comments than you do trying to call in.

So do I get to submit an invoice for all of my time wasted trying to track down a claim.

If you are hit by someone with Alliance, tell them you want money from them right then an there. Because you might not get it from Alliance, and if you do you will have spend more time hunting them down then it was worth.

SCAM will be my closing thoughts. I will update if I have more info.

I am rejecting this response because:the insurance company has still not contacted me in regards to this claim. My parked car was hit by another driver. I was not involved in the accident, as I was not home when the incident occurred. I do not understand how my insurance company cannot reach out to the insurance company (of the driver at fault) to help me. I have been trying over and over again to reach out to anyone with whom I can speak to and have a conversation about this situation. Now, after three weeks without any response or contact from my insurance company, Alliance United responds to the Revdex.com that I do not have coverage? How is that possible?!  
In their response, there are contact numbers listed for M[redacted] and her manager. I have made numerous calls to M[redacted]'s number since September 27th and left various voicemails, asking her to call me back in regards to claim as I have questions and need to know what the process will be for fixing my car. My most recent call to her at that number was this past Tuesday, October 11. Not one call has been returned! I have also left a voicemail on the manager's number, explaining that I have not been able to get ahold of the adjuster Mable and asked him if he could call me back to provide any information about what is occurring in the process. To this day, not a single call has been returned with any sort of information from either Mable or her manager. Additionally, I have sent an email through their website's portal, again asking for someone to contact me and provide any information about my claim. No one has called! The lack of customer service and response is absolutely appalling! How can I reach out to them with questions, if every call goes directly to voicemail and not one call is ever returned? I need them to contact me and explain why they refuse to help me, as my attempts to connect with them have failed over the last THREE weeks.

The Company has requested an inspection of your son’s vehicle as per our telephone conversation with you on June 30, 2016. Our...

insured had a valid policy in force on the date of the loss and liability in not disputed. The loss related Property Damage total may exceed our insured’s Property Damage limits. As such, the Company is currently collecting and confirming all Property Damage estimates as directly related to the above referenced loss. Once all Property Damages can be confirmed the Company will know if the total Property Damages exceed our insured’s Property Damage policy limit. If the total loss related Property Damages exceed our insured’s Property Damage limit the Company will extend apportioned, or pro rata, offers to settle each party’s damages. If each parties agree to the settlement offers the Company will mail out Property Damage releases to each party. Once each of Property Damage releases are signed and returned to us the Company will be able to process Property Damage payments in the agreed amounts to each party. Please understand the Company cannot make any payments unless each party agrees to accept our offer to settle and all signed Property Damage releases are received in our office.

Per our conversation, regarding the outstanding repairs on my vehicle.  I was in a car accident June 4, 2016.  The young man who hit me from behind has Alliance United Insurance.  This company has the worst customer service when dealing with a claim.  It took me 10days to track down a claim adjuster.  Once I finally spoke to her Aurora Cabral, she was rude and she already was telling me what they were not going to cover.  When I tried following up with her she claimed that they hadn't received the CHP report.  I paid $10.00 to get a copy of the CHP report, and listed on page 6 of 6 it states the damage to the vehicle.As of this email, my back end body damage has been repaired.  They denied the claim to repair the front driver fender, again, this was caused from the accident.  Now that the back body damage has been repaired, I'm still hearing a strange sounds, breaks or something loose, I forgot to include this in my original complaint.  I only want my car repaired to how it was before the accident.  I emailed Aurora and her supervisor David last week when I picked up my car and as of this email, I haven't heard from Allied Insurance.I filed a claim with the Revdex.com, last week (ID 11560766) and I wasn't sure how to respond to the companies response that they're looking into the claim.As of this email, this has not been resolved.Auto - 2007 Civic HondaDamage (still damaged) - Driver Side front fender and strange noise coming from rear.Damage completed - Back bumper and trunk repaired.
