I am rejecting this response because:
I wish to respond only to the email from Alliance United Insurance (Claim# 313595)They have determined based on lack of a witness, but only on their insured side of the storyThe version of what happened is completely and they were not there when it happened (Alliance United Insurance) their client has choosen to lie to save him from his insurance rates increasing or being droppedUnfortunately this incident from 03/22/happend at night when it was dark so there was no witness.
I no longer wish to go back and forth on this matterPlease consider this complaint # closed based on I was unable to come to an amicable agreement with Alliance United Insurance regarding claim# 31##Your reply program does not have any option for declined based on do not agree, so I am emailing my replyThank youRegards,

The Company is unable to provide coverage under our insured’s policy unless there has been full compliance with all terms of our insured’s policy,
including our insured’s cooperation with our investigation
Because for this loss there was not full compliance (our insured’s cooperation) with all terms of this policy, no coverage can be extended for the above referenced loss, at this time
If the Company is unable to reach our insured we may not be able to extend any coverage for the above referenced loss
The Company will continue its efforts to speak to our insured

The Company’s records reveal you did not purchase Rental Reimbursement coverage with Alliance United Insurance Company

Your shop countered they believed it is relatedWe agreed to review their supplement request that day
Your shop agreed to contact the independent appraisal service Mega Appraisers
Mega Appraisers will then submit your shops request to us for review, approval and payment, if we determine the driver’s side fender damages are related
As of today’s date we have not received a supplement request
The Company believes the claimant was the cause of this loss and as such, the Company will subrogate against 21sy Century, claim 300####
Subrogation is a process with many people involved
The Company will pursue recovery however we cannot promise that we will be successful

One good thing about all this is that its being recorded and the Department of Insurance can investigate 'Alliance United's'. I'm not in the insurance business but I know when I am being deceived. They are holding me hostage, I can't fix my car, can't drive my car, my insurance is 'waiting' for their answer. I don't know what else to do, everybody I talk too, tells me this is common practice for 'Alliance United'

We havery been clients since Unfortunately November I was involved in accident, the person that was involved with my case ignored my calls and emails, I proceed to seek to supervisorI was given voice mailI left messages with all necessary information No respond alsoI left another message with initial person again AGAIN NO REPONSE!!!!I tried calling again another day and finally, she answered phone and she acted like I all my message didn't happenI spoke about the bodyshop and she knew the nameBefore my messages and emails I had not taken my car into any bodyshopsShe had read my emails and heard my message yet she choose not to answer any of them nor to acknowledge me either Really bad customer serviceTake your money and when an accident happens You are left an abandoned client

I have contacted the person who contacted me and mailed in a form the company sent me to sign (they had never sent me this form before, during the several months this claim has been ongoing)I have yet to hear from my insurance company, State Farm, that Alliance United have paid them back the deductible, nor have I yet received my check for the cost of the car rentalUntil both things are paid - the cost of my car rental and the deductible - I do no wish to close this complaint.

This statement is incorrect my car was towed to a AAA at which it was picked up by CoPart and charged a fee of $I was then told that the only way I cvould personally pick up my vehicle was if I either paid thr tow fees or agreed to let the direct sevrvices lot I was ASSIGNED to not personally CHOSENi was only given those twp options either to go with an affiliated mechanic of your choosing and pay the $deductible to have my car fixed OR pay the $fees and assume responsibility of the repairs independentlyIt was not until my adjuster assigned me to this mechanic that I gave consent for the car to be worked onHow can I "choose" a shop that I have never previously known existed before this instance? This was a case of forced choice.
