It is beyond me, how this insurance company can have an A+ rating. I was insured by them for two years, and they have the worst customer support ever. I was forced to deal with their incompetence on two different occasions. The first time, my car was hit while it was parked outside my home. Although I had full coverage, the insurance refused to get involved because the other driver was clearly at fault, therefore they said I had to deal directly with the other driver's insurance if I wanted the matter to be resolved. They closed my claim and sent me on my way. About three months later, I was hit by another river on the road. Although there were witnesses and the other driver was at fault, they kept my claim open for 6 months. Every time I tried to contact the adjuster, a woman named Elaine, she was out of the office. The few times she "did me the favor" of returning my call, she would explain to me that she had too many cases she was working on and therefore I could not expect for her to always be available or to handle my claim in a timely manner. She actually had the audacity to say that if I wanted the matter to be resolved, I needed to talk to the other driver's insurance, since it was in MY interest to get back the deductible I had paid, not theirs. After the 6 months, they said that the accident was clearly not my fault, but for what they had paid, it was not worth to fight or take the other driver to court, because even if they did, one third of my deductible would go towards legal fees. Don't waste your time with this frudulent insurance company. They collect all their money, but they will never do a single thing for you. Save yourself the time, the stress and the hassle. This insurance company is incompetent and it is trash.

and may discover additional damages, if they do, they will call the appraiser directly to have any and all supplement request approved.
 
We may afford replacement vehicle while your vehicle is actually under repair.
 
Our insured’s policy will not afford delays in the repairs to your vehicle for any reason.

My car was rear ended December 24 2016 , filed claim that Monday they where not open over the weekend know 24 calim line took pictures of my car January 2 2016 been getting the run around every since why should my insurance company pay for your member negativity poor customer service

I am rejecting this response because: Alfonso DID NOT call today as you stated he would. I want a refund on all money we have paid for your services and have the matter of the accident resolved ASAP so we can switch insurance carriers and be done with allied. This company should be shut down and no longer allowed to accept money for services that they do not provide.

Please take your vehicle and a copy of our estimate to the repair shop of your choice....


If the shop feels that your vehicle might require additional repairs not contained in this estimate, they will contact the appraiser who prepared this estimate to discuss the additional repairs.
The appraiser’s information is located on the first page of your estimate.Once the body shop gets a supplement for the additional repairs not listed on the first appraisal, they will submit it for payment.
Please have the body shop of your choice begin the repairs of your vehicle and I will send them the check for the supplement repairs.

I am rejecting this response because:
The complaint has not been resolved. The handling adjuster called and said in a very rude and angry way that he will check and call back on the same day - a week has passed without any response or resolution of the case. We tried to call, again, but no response these times either. I have no idea how this business has an A at Revdex.com, when there are over 200 complaints and I am sure many of them are unresolved just like mine. 
Please help me get this resolved and closed for good.

The complaint has not been resolved. The Company completed its liability investigation on August 31, 2016, seven (7) days after receiving Notice of Loss.

The Company will afford Rental Reimbursement however our insured purchased $5,000.00 in Property Damage Coverage so that is the most the Company will be able to afford.
The Company understands your damages exceed our insured’s Property Damage Coverage limit.
It would appear you need to contact your attorney’s office as the information you provided is incorrect.

Unless your have sold your vehicle you have not suffered a diminished value claim. Our insured’s policy allows us to afford loss related damages, it does not allow the Company to afford losses that have not occurred. The Company’s records reveal you were offered a Bodily Injury settlement in the amount of $500.00 on July 22, 2016. Check 675-0011008 in the amount of $500.00 was mailed to the address above on July 25, 2016. The Company’s records reveal a Bodily Injury release was mailed to you on July 22, 2016 however as of today’s date we have not received the signed release returned as per our agreement. Please either return the signed injury release or forward your complete medical records to the Company for review and consideration.

I do not recommend this business to anybody! It is impossible to speak to anybody from the claims department. All calls go directly to voicemails. After speaking to the claims persons supervisor and then her supervisor, nobody could explain their policy as to what to do when filing a claim or how their claims work exactly.

A client of Alliance United Insurance drove his car right through our concrete block wall in May, 2016. As of January, 2017, the insurance company has not called us to fix the wall. We have called many times to agents and supervisors and there has never been one call back to us. We even had our insurance company call this company and they did not get any results.

pocket, the excluded driver name on this policy is Dion Carter a male person. There were 3 ladies / girls in this vehicle that we have a picture of and there was no person that can look like Dion a male person. You guys need to get your lies Straight: First, you said the driver was in Las Vegas and she claimed her car was stolen, next, you said the policy was cancelled due to non-payment and now you say it was driven by the excluded driver. Which is it? This complaint making its way to the insurance commissioner of the State of California. They need to investigate your practices into this business. It is funny how many people on various complaint web sites report identical issues and stories about your company as if it is in mission statement. You either are in business to do business right or you don't. We have copies of the 3 pages of your policy declaration pages who only the insured would have who took out of her purse, I do not think you comprehended that statement, maybe the commissioner will make sense out of that.
