It has been almost a month since my accident and I have yet to hear anything about an estimate or if my care is even repairableThis is the worst company every and I am in contact with the California liability insurance Never returns a phone call nor email in a timely mannerLaw suite?!?

I have also left a voicemail on the manager's number, explaining that I have not been able to get ahold of the adjuster Mable and asked him if he could call me back to provide any information about what is occurring in the processTo this day, not a single call has been returned with any sort of information from either Mable or her managerAdditionally, I have sent an email through their website's portal, again asking for someone to contact me and provide any information about my claimNo one has called! The lack of customer service and response is absolutely appalling! How can I reach out to them with questions, if every call goes directly to voicemail and not one call is ever returned? I'm just amazed on how many negative reviews about this companyI'm just another one added on the listI have cases pending and I feel like I'm the criminal getting punishedBoth cases I was not a fault1st one was a hit and run and second car theftI also have issues with customer service not returning calls(Andrew)Left numerous messages straight to voicemail and now he's on vacationAs for the 2nd issue my car was stolen and I gave all the vital information and I'm still car less and still making a car payment Now they tell me it was sent to a investigation deptand need to interview meBut not til 1/5/wow more time added without any results 1ST[redacted] SINCE 11/24/ 2ND [redacted] SINCE 12/4/ WAITAM I THE VICTIM

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: I did not recve a call from the Alliance United handling adjusterAlso I fail to find what else do they expect from the two Police reportsAccording to the supplemental report she clearly claims that she had the green lightShe is mistakenShe also states that she was in the number one laneShe is mistaken there alsoShe also claimed to the previous adjuster that she saw me in the passenger side and that my daughter was drivingShe's mistaken once again All this has been said by my insurance representative and it seems obvious that Alliance United is hoping my persistence will fade away I see no value in an insurance company like Alliance UnitedI see numerous reports from YELP with similar complaints and tactics used by Alliance United This is not a Red/Green Light issue any longerThis is an issue of who is at fault and who could have prevented this accidentCombining both police reports , it paints a pretty clear picture of who was responsible for this accidentGiven that she received a moving violation 21800(a) (failure to yield right of way to vehicle already on roadway, it doesn't take a professional Handling Adjuster to figure this out If they feel so strongly toward their client that she was not at fault, I request Alliance United to convey all statements given by your client pertaining the accident including statement received by the previous adjuster, a copy of the appraisal report of my vehicle and any other material regarding Claim#D01***CAto me so I may initiate a claim to Small Claims Court Regards, F [redacted]
