Only a vehicle owner can authorize the repairs to his or her vehicle Our insured had a valid policy in force on the date of the loss and liability in not disputed The loss related Property Damage total may exceed our insured’s Property Damage limits As such, the Company is currently collecting and confirming all Property Damage estimates as directly related to the above referenced loss Once all Property Damages can be confirmed the Company will know if the total Property Damages exceed our insured’s Property Damage policy limit If the total loss related Property Damages exceed our insured’s Property Damage limit the Company will extend apportioned, or pro rata, offers to settle each party’s damages If each parties agree to the settlement offers the Company will mail out Property Damage releases to each party Once each of Property Damage releases are signed and returned to us the Company will be able to process Property Damage payments in the agreed amounts to each party Please understand the Company cannot make any payments unless each party agrees to accept our offer to settle and all signed Property Damage releases are received in our office

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11758871, and per their response, I would like to provide the claim number requestedClaim # D0####5CA16.Due to the lack of response and minimal work ethic of their staff, I have had to file a claim with my insurance for my vehicle, my neck pain and migrainesI however do no have auto rental coverage as a part of my policyTherefore, for the time being, I would like clear documentation from the insurance company that they will pay for my rental car within days after submitting the final amount to them as to prevent further accrual of interest on my credit cardand ultimately would like this paid within the days after submitting for paymentPer the adjuster, my car was considered undriveable which verified that I would need a rental car following the accidentwhich is again, the fault of their insured party and has been verified through the police report that I had to provide to Alliance united Insurance services as their staff did nothing to resolve this claim I was very happy with my vehicle and had no intent on purchasing a new vehicle after putting almost $worth of work towards my car to maintain it in good conditionsregardless of the work and financial amount put towards my vehicle, my insurance is considering my vehicle as a total loss nowI am now being forced to purchase a new vehicle after all this and I would appreciate if this company at the very least could appropriately handle this claim with time sensitivity so that I can hopefully get past this Regards, K [redacted]

They call my wife only one time saying that they was going to send a document to her to sign and also they said that the supervisor will take care of the problem R*** ***, my cars in the shop for two months already and we need the card to use itThis is a brand-new car with less than miles and is sitting there because my insurance company is not taking Serious this situation, this is the second complain and I would like to have somebody who actually call my wife or call me to resolve this problem because we keep paying for the insurance on they are not even taking care of us as customersI want this insurance company to finish the job and stop asking the same questions again and again and again, we are paying full coverage for this vehicle on we need the car to be fixed

I am writing this complaint after several attempts of trying to reach someone to get my insurance case resolvedMy case worker was Andrew ***ext ***and his "supervisor" Karen ***at ext ***have desire to communicate with me whatsoeverI was patient enough to leave voicemail's with information containing my issues along with several options and ways for them to contact me such as, cell/work phone number, email address and faxIt has been weeks now and still nothingThis company should not be in business, there are over yelp reviews with a rating of star, not surprised

If you want to save time and money do not go with themWe had a minor accident on a parking lot, which was 100% not our fault and they confirmed that at firstLater they changed their mind and stopped answering on phone callsAfter reposting them to Revdex.com, the adjuster called and in a vey rude and angry way said he will handle itToday we find out that we are at fault and the case is closedAnd that is after almost a month and a half of back and forthWe are responsible of paying for a damage that our neighbor did by parking her car and scratching our sideWe had over a dozen of proofs and still that wasn't enoughI will never ever go with this insurance company againThey are horrible and should go out of businessStay away!

Our investigation which included our insured’s statement, your statement, photographs of each vehicle, the traffic collision report completed by officer Ryan Rowe who did not witness the collision and no witness statement including the points of impact to each vehicle reveals that you were behind our insured’s vehicle when the collision occurred and you had the last clear chance to avoid this collision
It appears that you failed to apply your brakes timely, failed to sound your horn to warn of impending collision as per CVC and may have moved from a marked traffic lane without first ascertaining that such movement could be made with safety as per (CVC 22107)
Our insured’s automobile insurance policy allows us to make payment to another party when we believe our insured was legally liable for those damagesIn this case, we do not believe our insured was liable for your damages

The Company recommends that you do replace the car seat
You are incorrect regarding the regulation

I did receive from "J***'s supervisor" R*** Miller on 8/12/who said they confirmed with their driver, they were at faultHe said they will be issuing a check that day for the repair amount. I received the check on 8/15/and went to the issuing bank on the check, Wells Fargo, to cash the checkThe teller said their system prompted them to call their corporate treasury departmentI waited while they calledThen the branch manager came out and explained they could not cash the check, as instructed by their treasurer, due to issue with the funds on the account from this businessHe suggested I go back to the company that wrote the check and let them know what happened and they would need to contact Wells Fargo to resolve their bank account issue. I left a voice mail with the adjuster, J*** ***, on 8/16/16, for her or R*** to call me to resolve this issueNo response to dateWould like this business to resolve their issue with their bank so I can cash the check and obtain the funds to fix the damage on my car caused by their insured driver
