The worst insurance company I've ever! One of their insurance holders hit me from behind on May 26th, it's been almost three month and no chech to fix my car! I've left messages no one ever calls you back!!! Don't use this company you will be screwed! My next step is to get a Lawyer!

I was hit by one of this companies insuredDealing with them is a nightmareThey told me my car would be repaired but told the body shop it was a total lossThey approved a rental car but won't reimburse for itThe accident occurred on June and it is now August I have not even been able to get the car into a repair shop and there is no end in sightI want to get my car into a body shopTo do that, this company needs to state that the car is repairable and not totalledThey told me that and will say that on the phone to me but that is worthlessI also want them to reimburse my receipts for a rental carThey approved a rental car but now said they will pay for a car for "7-days"My car is inoperable and I have rented a car since June The bill for the first weeks was $I sent them a copy of the bill and they ignored it

have had a green light. In a word versus word situation a carrier might simply side with their insured and deny liability
In this case, we are pursuing a supplementary police report to resolve the dispute. Our liability investigation remains open at this timeWe will advise you when our investigation is complete

I am rejecting this response because:
-Claims adjustor is attempting to close the claim without seeing my vehicleI have pictures of the damage sustained by my vehicle and the insured's vehicle and Y*** (adjustor) told me not to send these pictures because I paid my deductible through my insurance company (Wawanesa) to get my vehicle repaired
-I'm not understanding how Alliance United has not heard from their insured when their insured filed a claim while still at the scene of the accident (I was there) and when I called the main number of Alliance United, the employee on the other line told me the insured already filed a claim, gave me the claim number and gave me the name of the claims adjustor (Y***)Also, the insured spoke to the claims adjustor from my insurance company (Wawanesa)-Alliance United has been absolutely negligent while handling my claim due to the fact that they made no attempt to speak to the claims adjustor from my insurance company, did not attempt to send an inspector out to look at my vehicle and if their claims of "not hearing from their insured" are true, they are attempting to close a claim without hearing from their insuredI received a letter with the date of June 21, which is the same day I spoke to Y*** on the phoneThe letter stated the investigation was closedHow is the investigation closed when you guys supposedly still haven't talked to your insured?

The company has yet again failed to fix the underline issue that their notice is wrong it is missing sentances and phrasessee attachment of the actual lawIn their response they say their insuredI am the insured using my collision coverageThey are suppose to cover my losses and fail to do soThey have also forgot the most important part of supplying the letter accepting liability/ responsibility for any future injury/death to my child if the car seat that they are refusing to replace fails in another incident/accident They are going against the manufactures recommendation and are putting my child in DANGER!!!!! and should be held accountable if the car seat fails in the future.

The claim service does not respond to my claim by not returning my calls ever...All calls go to voice mail
No one ever call adjuster or supervisor

This is the worst insurance ever! We had a small car accident and had some questions about filling out paper workWe have called the company and left a message for Anthony Villareal (-claims ) every day for the last 30days and he still has not return our call We also left messages for his manger John he hasnt returned our call eitherWhen I called today asking the receptions to please transfer me to someone else that could help me outShe was very rude and once again I was transferred to Anthony ***voice mail

Alliance United Insurance is by far the worst insurance company that anyone could ever get to cover their vehicleThey simply do not do what they promise that they will upon signing upMy car was involved in a hit and run while parked on the streetI came out to my car after work and my front bumper was brokenTherefore I called my insurance in order to get my car fixed and the process has been strenuousThey do no return phone callsThey take several days to send appraisers, and take several days to actually see about getting your car fixed! Not to mention , that I am covered for a rental, I mentioned that part and this is when they decided to inform me that I AM supposed to get the rental myself and they'll just pay me back....hmmm and I wonder how long that would takeI would not recommend this insurance to anyone These people simply do not care enough about you to try to accommodate youPLEASE STAY AWAY

Alliance United Insurance is the WORST insurance company I have EVER dealt with!!! My car was destroyed by one of their insured and it's been over week s and am still without a car trying to get to handle their businessEveryone you talk to there doesn't know crap about anything and always passing the blame on one another and nothing gets handled!!!! Bunch of ***! Check out the complaints on this company!

Our insured had a valid policy in force on the date of the loss and liability is not disputed

As such, the Company is currently collecting and confirming all Property Damage estimates as directly related to the above referenced loss
Once all of the loss related Property Damages can be confirmed the Company will know if the total of all Property Damage exceeds our insured’s Property Damage policy limit
If the total loss related Property Damages exceed our insured’s Property Damage limit the Company will extend apportioned, or pro rata, offers to settle each party’s damages
If each party agrees to the settlement offers the Company will mail out Property Damage releases to each party
Once each of Property Damage releases are signed and returned to us the Company will be able to process Property Damage payments in the agreed amounts to each party

The insurance company takes too long to solve a claimI call often to see if they have solved my problem and they only tell me that the department is behind
