I am rejecting this response because:
I have a one year finish warranty and have constantly been told the manufacturer is being contacted and have spoken to them directly and no one in their customer service department has taken that call from onyx/ carid

CarID's. Also, this manufacturer does not allow address changes unless it's something small like adding an apartment or suite number. The order needed to be reshipped as a result. The client notified us of the damage, and we promptly filed a damage claim the same day. At this time, the refund has been issued for the bumper in the form of a store credit, due to a chargeback filed by the client. Once the chargeback is confirmed as closed, the store credit will be refunded back to the client's original form of payment.

I would like to add, that when I originally called to return the item the Customer Service Representative directly told me to take picturesof why I am returning the item and the only way to do that effectively is to install it. I did it gently and left all packaging on the item. otherwise I would not have, I could tell it was not correct to begin with.

I am rejecting their response I requested to speak with a manager and they set up a call back, still waiting for the call back? The add was for both front and rear seat covers, why would I of specified the row? I gave them the information for both rows.  why would I pay additional for the front row, the only row I wanted, Even if it was discounted? I will gladly send them the covers back if they will return my money or send the front seat covers. I realize I was fooled by this company now especially after reading some of their reviews online this appears to be common practice for them.

We apologize for the issue the client is facing. I'm a little confused as to why the client feels we denied a return. The client asked us to cancel the order, but we couldn't because it had already shipped out. The requested to cancel on May 7th, but the order had shipped on May 4th, and was...

actually delivered on May 8th. That's why it was denied. The client may return the wheels as long as they have not had tires mounted on them. The client also assumes responsibility for the return shipping costs. We shipped the order the client made, and the return was requested by the client through no error on the part of CarID or the manufacturer. We have made an exception and waived the restocking fees, but no shipping costs are refunded.

The bumper was painted and installed. The pictures the client sent us do not show any fitment issues at all, it looks to fit perfectly. If there was front end damage to the car that could be a reason that a bumper would appear to look "off", but the pictures don't even show that as an issue. The client provided us with his OE#, and he received the correct bumper. If there were actual fitment issues, they should have been addressed before the client had the bumper painted. We apologize, but there is nothing to refund the client for. He received the bumper he ordered, and had it installed as well as painted.

  I’m good w/ the reply / response but it needs to be noted the dates they gave were wrong I also never was asked for my vin number I am /. Will be happy when I get refunded also I requested refund the day after I received it and because of them giving me the runaround that’s why the 30  days past. Thank you

We will pull any and all calls and live chats sessions and any coaching of the agent will be done internally. We couldn't ship the replacement any faster than we did because it was out of stock. The client received his replacement in a timely manner, and accepted the compensation offered. CarID considers this matter closed.

Below is the portion pertaining to the client's issue...also, road hazard pertains to tread damage, not sidewall damage causing a blowout, which is what the client sent pictures showing.V. Road hazard warrantyThis road hazard warranty is offered for select Delinte products for non-repairable tread damage (based on RMA guidelines) based on the following limitations:If road hazard damage occurs in the first 6 months from the date of purchase or the first 2/32” of tread life, (whichever comes first), Delinte will replace a comparable tire manufactured by the Sentury Tire factory.Road hazard coverage applies only to the original purchaser and isn’t transferable.Exclusions not covered under this limited warranty:·      Road hazard damage, including cuts, snags, bruises, punctures, tire repair, impact breaks, etc. (Select tires indicated in this document have coverage under the Delinte Tire Road Hazard Policy.) Regarding the wheel locks, this is the first time that has been mentioned to us since the client received the order. We have not heard from the client since 12/19/17 when he called to check the order status. The client did not purchase security wheel locks. He was provided with a free installation kit that was delivered with the wheels. We will try to get the warranty approved for the client, but approval is up to the manufacturer, not CARiD.

I am rejecting this response because: First and foremost, the time it took me to send the item back is irrelevant. I never requested a refund I wanted to warranty the item for the same exact part. Now if the business went back and reviewed notes from conversations with the representatives it will show or should be documented that 1. the representative insisted we speak Spanish maybe that made him more comfortable. 2. I made the statement that I never requested a refund. 3. while having this conversation in Spanish. The representative stated the part was in stock with limited availability. However, he said I would have to send the part back first even after asking if I could pay for one now and receive a refund once the company received the defective part. He said they could not do that. I did accept the $30.00 credit I understand you do not cover rental cost. To find out that you could have done what I asked for from the representative the day before I sent the part back is very upsetting.
