CARID Friday, we took pictures of the wheels and boxes before we shipped themLets see how they doIt took less then 48hrs to ship them to their siteIt should take about the same time to ship the correct ones here

I personally explained to the client that we did in fact refund him on 9/27/the amount of $I went as far and did a conference call with his back on the line and they explained that this was no returned to his bank account but through his PayPal. He agreed and apologized.

The customer was explained the free black lug nuts are out of stock but we can send free chrome instead and did. The $would have if he wanted to upgrade *** lug nutsHe never did upgradeThere is no other refund due to him. If he feels we charged him, then I would need
a copy of the chargeHe can email that back to ***

The return paperwork has been issued to the client per his requestThe refund will be issued when the wheels are returned to the warehouse

We had filed a damage claim for the clientThe manufacturer said it could take up to days to completeThis is not uncommon on freight delivered itemsWe spoke to the manufacturer again, and got them to agree to a quicker method of replacement with field destroy picturesPer an earlier
conversation with this client, we have received his field destroy pictures and already processed a replacement for one of the doors, part # ***Unfortunately, part # *** is out of stock, but it will be shipping as soon as it's available

ship orders as soon as possibleThe cancellation was requested, but an order is not cancelled until the manufacturer confirms it as suchThis item was picked up on the 18th by the freight companyHowever, as the rep did not properly explain the cancellation process, an exception has been made to issue a full refund today

,I apologize for the issue at hand, but that is not covered by the manufacturer’s warrantyThe wheels are not supposed to be put through a car wash because of the cleaning agents some car washes useAfter months of car wash cleaning, it’s not surprising that the powder coat had an issue, and is coming off in that clearly visible, spray patternHad the powder coating come off with approved washing standards, the manufacturer would have taken responsibility and approved the warrantyThey only recommend washing with mild soap and water for just this reasonWe are not above the manufacturer’s warranty and unfortunately, this is not a warranty issue

I am rejecting this response because: the amount requested to be refunded was for the shipping/delivery feeThe company refunded the cost of
the product without question, and without pictures of the productThe company has not provided the consumer with a reasonable explanation why they refuse to refund the shipping fee for sending the wrong product to the consumerThe consumer is at a loss to understand why a refund of a shipping fee requires a picture of the product that was already been refunded by the companyThis is a first for the consumer of some 20+ years of experience with online ordering

Per the manufacture it is not defective and the verbiage is provided by them as wellCARiD doesn't cover installation charges, please find the link for your referenceI personally spoke to him and explained this. CARiD is not responsible for any additional charges, labor, loss, or damage
incurred as a result of information, correct or incorrect, referenced or products purchased from CARiD

UPS went to pick up and inspect the damaged wheels, but the client refused to provide the wheels to them as he has them installed and informed UPS he was keeping themThe client denied this, but UPS doesn't have the wheels so clearly they were not given them at the time of inspectionWe refunded the client for the amount it cost him to re balance the wheels as he requestedIf the damage claim is completed and approved, we will be happy to issue a full refund on all fourIf this is not satisfactory, and he wishes to keep the wheels (as he is driving on them) we will issue a partial refund of $back to the credit card used to make the purchaseThe client was given a discount of $when the order was originally placed

On 1/8/15, we had a conference call with PayPal because it appears that the Customer had an open disputeDuring any open disputes the money is held up and we can't refund the CustomerWe explained this to Ann/Paypal Representative who understood. On 1/9/the funds were released and a refund

has since been issuedSince the client has decided he can no longer wait for the item...(I want them shipped ASAP like yesterday November 20th, not December 6thIt's breaking a contract by not upholding your end and falsely advertising that it's in stock.)we can either cancel the order and issue an immediate refund, or assist the client in selecting an alternate item

I apologize for the inconvenience, we actually refunded him in full the amount of $on 10/The order was ultimately cancelled by the clients request
