Understanding the the clients concerns we are still unable to refund for a product that is outside of the warranty periodAll warranty information is stated on the product pages CARiD is not doing anything unlawful, we facilitate all warranty claims within the products stated period of warranty Unfortunately regardless of if the warranty period is or months the product is still outside of both of those time frames

This order has been on an extended back order This client has been refunded in full as of 1/and the order cancelled

I have decide to withdraw my complaint although this company has cheated me I feel with the item they sold me that did not fit I will just keep and sell it.it's just not worth my while

On 7/13, the client reported that the item was not sticking properly and we issued a request for an RMA7/the manufacturer denied that claim, we issued a gift certificate7/Client not happy with resolution so we requested pictures of the item.7/A warranty claim was submitted and denied by manufacturer7/Pictures received and a damage claim was processed and manufacturer was contacted to alert it was coming We expect approval later today

We did inform him of the spacers, see attachmentI apologize, however all wheel order are non cancellable or non returnableA custom order is a special order made for the client altering its original stateOur fitment is based on what was order, however at times the customer feels it is not a fitment based on the appearance of the wheel after it is on the vehicleThe fitment is often personal appearance issue rather than actual item order

I did place the order myself I spoke to several representitives for Onyx as to whether this would fit the BODY KIT I ordered from them As they selected the body kit to fit my vehicle The body kit they selected was for a different vehicle that what I had asked for The top grille was for the Body kit that isn't even for my vehicle that they in fact selected for me I based buying a grille that would fit the body kit that I was purchasing from them They mislead me Now I have a grille that doesn't fit my vehicle They made the order for my body kit that doesn't fit I made the order for the grille after checking with there representitives that it too would fit my vehicle

We apologize for the issue the client is facingWe are unable to start a damage claim because the client discarded the original packagingUPS can't complete a damage inspection without being able to see if the packing material had damage as wellThey would be unable to determine where the damage occurredWhen we advised the client of this, he accepted a settlement of a $partial refund, which was promptly issuedAs settlement was reached, we consider this matter closed

The client has been refunded the remainder of the order todayRefund has now been fully issued

The wheel and tire package shipped to the client was shipped from Ontario California, not Ontario Canada The package was shipped on 5/and delivered on 5/which is a total of week from shipment to delivery Regarding the discoloration we are unable to provide the client with any further refund in order to repair the wheels We are more then willing to have the wheels picked up and either replaced under warranty or repaired on our own By no means do we want our client to be unhappy and will do what is necessary to rectify the issue our client is experiencing However the request of 25% back on the order is not something we are able to accommodate
