He initially complained about the one wheel and we gladly replaced itNow he feels it may not have been that tire ask us to review all wheelsI advised him that since our test perform prior to sending out the wheel there was nothing wrong that he can take it to our recommended shop, it would cost about $each tire to testIf the test show a problem we would take care of it and refund him for the testWe spoke to the technician who will perform the test as we have specific instructions on how to perform the test since we have certain requirements the machine itself must undergoAt this time we show no defects with the wheels but are willing to assist himIn reference to his refunds, I am reviewing what if any compensation is due.He is well aware of this as I personally called him to explainAgain, we are not refusing to assist him but are willing to reimburse him if the tests from a 3rd party shows otherwise

There was an apparent error on the manufacturer's side, and a part was boxed incorrectly. It was not false advertising by any means. The client didn't want the part, and we fully understand that and had no problem giving them a full refund. Unfortunately the item they wanted was not available through any of our vendors that carry Dorman parts, so we are unable to ship it. As the refund has been issued, we consider this issue closed.

I am rejecting this response because: I ordered a wheel and tire package.It took me several weeks to choose my wheels and tires and those are the ones I want.You cannot deliver the package I ordered so the whole order is terminated.When I placed my order I was told the wheels were in stock so they were not made for me.I was told there was a to day wait on the tires.I said that was fine as long as they came complete, mounted and balanced.I was then given a shipping date of Aug 7th.Why give me a shipping date if you could not deliver my package as ordered.You used this same tactic on my daughter two weeks after my order.She chose her package and paid for it.She then received a notice her tires were not available She does not know the difference between tires, and accepted it.I know what I wanted and in good faith paid for it.You disappointed me very much when after two months of waiting you could not deliverer my package as ordered and now you disappoint me even more

The information send by the business is not correct I have been waiting for almost a month for a return sticker so that I can return the item Unfortunately, the item is still at my house The response sent by the business claims that the item is in route back to the manufacturer How can that be? Is there a tracking number? If they are tracking another package on its way back, what should I do with the one that I still have in my possession? A week ago the manufacturer was trying to send me a replacement, which I informed CARid that I would refuse since their website has a refund policy A customer service supervisor (David D.) informed me that a replacement item was sent and re-routed on the same day since they knew that I would not accept delivery Perhaps the item that is currently in transit is the replacement item The policy advertises a 100% money back guarantee for new/unused items My order never arrived in "new" condition to begin with but does remain unused by me It is still in the same condition that it was in when it arrived

The business already responded asking me to contact MsG I called her and she never returned my calls She continued to hold my money for weeks after they received the returned wheel But all she has to do is say to keep calling her and you resolve the complaint in order to show they responded They responded to you They did not respond to me and I had to go through [redacted] to get my money back.There is no value to this process if the businesses can just say "hey call me" to get a response There were several emails back and forth to them and had I not gotten [redacted] to intervene, they would likely never have returned my money

Unfortunately what was sent is the only thing that is made from that mfg After speaking with the client we decided to swap this out for a different brand that comes with a different harness

We apologize for the issues the client is having with is wheelsThis is not covered by the manufacturer's warrantyHe provided us pictures, which we provided to DUB, and by the look of the wheels after they were washed, it's clear that something was sprayed on themEither a harsh chemical cleaner was used, or they went through a car wash with a chemical sprayNeither issue is covered by DUB's warranty, which can be seen in the link below...specifically #12, which states,12) Keep wheels cleanThe chrome, clear coat or aluminum finish will be damaged if foreign material, brake dust, dirt or chemicals are not removed promptlyNEVER CLEAN WHEELS WHEN THEY ARE HOT! Clean wheels regularly with mild soap and water onlyThe finish of your wheels may be permanently damaged by caustic soap used on some commercial car washesAny abrasives, steel wool or chemicals applied to your wheels may damage the finish[redacted] The pictures show a spraying effect on the wheels, meaning they were not washed by hand with mild soap and waterUnfortunately there is nothing that we or DUB can do under the warranty

I spoke with the client yesterday regarding this order, and we are unable to cancel this orderThe delay came about because the manufacturer was not happy with the way the paint looked on one of the wheels, and they will not send out an inferior productAs this is a piece custom wheel, unfortunately that process took longer than expectedWe offered the client all of our profit as a refund on the order which is $These wheels are being shipped out today and tracking should be available in business hours
