We processed a refund in the amount of $on 8/Please allow 3-business days

These mats are made by Rugged Ridge and distributed by [redacted] , not OnyxOnyx is a parent company of Carid.comIt two completely different companiesWe made an exception by sending the client a RMA and return label because as seen in the pictures she has provided to us, the mats are usedShe also installed them on top of the factory mats, which is incorrectHere is the link to Rugged Ridge showing the truck that the mats she ordered fits[redacted] Our return policy is clearItems must be returned in new and unused condition and in original packagingWe have already gone above an beyond and made the exception to allow her to return the mats in obvious used condition and without the original packagingThis will result in a loss to our company as the manufacturer will not give us credit due to the extremely poor condition in which they are being returnedThere has been zero correspondence between CARiD and the client since we sent her the return paperworkAll of our RMA's state the same thing, that original packaging is requiredIn this client's case, that doesn't applyAs she hasn't returned them yet, we are going to send her a NEW return label so she can send the item back to us directly instead of the manufacturer

Our return period is days, not one yearThis item was damaged, but the client did not sign for it as such, and took away our ability to file a damage claim on his behalfBack in June, the client accepted a partial refund of $as settlement, and the issue was closedHe then contacted us in July to tell us the item didn't fitThe client was advised many times that it could not be returned due to freight policy not being followed, and due to the fact that he had accepted the $settlement offerHe was also advised that if he wanted another replacement, then he would have to place a new orderHe was made aware on several occasions that he could not return the trunk lid, accepted the partial refund and also accepted a gift certificateWe consider this matter closed

This issue was resolved with the client We were able to warranty tail lights due to the defective deflector The replacement set is currently on back order until the middle of next month The client will be sent all the return details to send back the defective set and the replacement will be shipped once it becomes available

I am rejecting this response because: This is unacceptable The company sold me wheels that the manufacturer did not make, they took my money instantly and it has been days now The order I placed and then also got canceled days later has already been refunded So how is I have been refunded for the second order that was canceled days after the first, but have not been refunded for the original order? Can this company do anything correct?

Reread my complaint you are so off base She lied to get my business which is not ethicalAnd you made me miss my deadline because of her liing to me to make an commissionI would not to have placed my order with you if I knew you could not meet my deadline!!

I am rejecting this response because: I do not want to remove the crooked / warped spoiler until I have a new one to put on , it will expose the area underneath which will look bad with old silicone and damaged paint Send me the new one , then I will remove the warped one and send it back SJ

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: They sent me a package I never even orders.now they send me return label and a confirmation for a package I never ever even ordered so they will now charge me shipping and a restocking fee for a part I never ever even ordered because of these JERKS I had to go to the bank and change my debit card because they keep stealing my money! !! They also never returned my $from an earlier ordered I sent backEvery time I called I am speaking with some over seas dumb dumb that can't speak English I cannot understand them they cannot understand them so they end up sending things I never even ordered I demand my $It cannot go to PayPal as these JERKS kept trying to take my money so I had to change my debit card, so if they put it in PayPal I cannot get it!!!! I demand a Certified Cashier's Check delivered via US mail for the $that they literally stole from meI am looking for the Police Department in Cranberry, New Jersey to file a robbery case against these thieves BIBB help me there are out right thieves WAbsolutely the worst online business I have ever seen since the internet began thieves, liars, out right thieves robbers crooks I am thinking of calling the FIB tooThey are criminals Regards, [redacted]
