I am rejecting this response because: I have contacted business repeatedly and sent photos repeatedly for both products This is in response to requests from different persons from organization -- they seem to have no one consistently working on the issues to get them resolved I get promises and no results Promises are no longer believable

The brackets shipped out, as I said they would, on 12/1/They shipped UPS with tracking # [redacted] , and were delivered on 12/7/Below is the link to UPS's site showing the tracking and delivery information https:// [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: $does not cover the repair of these wheels, nor does it cover the cost to re-balance the tires Because of the customer service was so poor when reaching out regarding a rather sizeable order, there is sufficient reason for me to believe the second set will result in the same condition as the first I have not requested free tires or wheels, rather a reconsideration of a $discount based on the wheel damage/tire re-balancing If CarID cannot extend a further discount based on these issues by 7/1, I will not be a repeat customer and will contact the CC company for breach in contract and CarID can deal with *** Regards, [redacted] ***

The wheels were returned back to the manufacturer with damage beyond how the client received them. We have filed a damage claim on the client's behalf. The refund will be issued upon claim results.

We have requested the picture showing a fitment issue several timesand the client refused to cooperateHe did send several pictures, but none that showed any issues with the grilleHe received the correct grille, and it fits multiple year [redacted] 'sUpon placing his order, he had to click on the following statement in order to even proceed with the orderPlease Note:All [redacted] Grilles products are custom built “Manufactured” for your vehicleOnce the order is placed, it is put into a production schedule at the factory and is therefore non-cancellable and non-returnableIf you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact our product specialists.I have read and understand.This grille is only returnable if it's shown to either be defective/damaged or have a fitment issueThat is the reason we requested a fitment pictureAgain, we are very willing to cooperate with this client on a return, but we need pictures showing the grille doesn't fit

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I was notified that I would receive 10% off item and would receive free shipping and would receive the item by 4/21/ I was not called nor notified in any way that the item would not arrive till 5/22/ I already waited a month in a half I was lied to and just wanted people to know not to trust this company What account was the item refunded to? I am rejecting this response because: First, I was never given a choice on if I wanted the spacers or not; I was just told they would be sending the spacersSecond, if the wheels were "custom ordered," nowhere on the order form does it indicate the wheels are "custom." Also, if the wheels were "custom ordered" they would fit my carI think of wheels being "custom" if they're specifically made for the vehicle specified; these wheels obviously weren't made specifically for my car"Custom" made wheels don't need spacers to make them fitThird, even with the spacers in place the wheels don't fitThe company guaranteed the wheels to fit, and they don't fitTheir sales person told me I would be able to get a refund, and now they're trying to deny me a refundI have photographic evidence of their website 's claims of the wheels being guaranteed to fit with the make and model of my vehicle specifiedI was told last Thur3/26/by CarID.com I would be called back after they checked their call logs, and I haven't heard back from themThis company is at the very least extremely dishonestThey shouldn't be guaranteeing wheels to fit if they're not willing to back up their wordThe guarantee is very misleading; boarding on fraudThe fact is the company sold me a set wheels that don't fit; even with the spacers they sentIt's time for them to honor their word and provide me with a refund

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:When I placed the order with CarID, who is whom I was doing business with, it showed that both parts that I was buying were in stock, at no point I was told that they had to check with the manufacturer to see if the parts were in stock. As far as I know, I was buying directly from CarID, they never said they were drop shippers.Second, my order showed as PROCESSED in an email that I received on 03/15/2018, this message was deceiving as made me believed that the parts were on their way.Third.- When I had not received the parts or an email with a tracking number by 03/19/2018, I called CarID and then and only then I was told that the parts were on back order until April, so CarID must have known before that that my parts were on back order but didn't care to let me know, hoping that I guess I wouldn't need them sooner and hoping I wouldn't cancel my order and buy from another vendor that indeed had them in stock and would be able to ship sooner!Fourth.- requested to cancel the full order, not only one of the two parts that were in back order as specified in CarId's answer, I was told that the refund will take 4 to 5 days!When I asked why it will take so long when other vendors can give a credit withing 24 hours, they couldn't explain it. Howeverby03/28/2018 I still had not received the credit! So I called again and after being put on long holds as with every customer service representative from CarID in the past they told me that they were going to process the credit immediately for one part, I told them again, that my cancellation was for the complete order not just one!I had to ask to speak to a supervisor by the name of Febie and explain all over again and demand a full credit.Fifth. The credit was given within 10 minutes from my call on 03/18/2018 as specified in CarID's answer, it wasn't until 03/30/2018As far as I am concerned, CarID's business practices are a scam, first by portraying themselves as a vendor and not a drop shipper, second by falsely advertising thay had something for sale in stock, third by sending a deceiving email saying the order was PROCESSED, not informing the customer that the parts were not available for immediate shipping, forth by not cancelling the order as requested on the first attempt, supposedly only cancelling the order partially but not refunding the customer even after 9 days! In order to see the fitment issue or verify the vehicle, we need informationWe attempted to get the VIN and pictures at the onset of the issue, so we could verify that the client ordered the item correctly, but the client refusedThe order was placed online without the assistance of a sales repThe client stated the item doesn't fit even though the part number is correct for what he orderedWe need a picture to verify the fitment issueAs it stands, there is no error on the part of CARiD or the manufacturerOur terms and conditions state very clearly " Photos of the damage, defect, or fitment issue may be requested in order to correctly process your request" We can not move forward with an RMA without a photo showing the fitment issue

However, I was told by their Customer Service Rep that 24-48 hours after they had received my seat covers back I would have my refund. Their Customer Service reps are rude, can barely speak English, and don't seem to care about making their customers happy. I finally received my refund from Onyx this morning (1/22/15). I was lied to by the company and it took filing this complaint to get any action, I am still waiting on a call back from a Customer Service Manager that I was told would happen in 24-48 hours. 24-48 hours to this company must really mean 120 hours, because that is how long I had been waiting. The client has been refunded via PayPalThis is why a refund can't be issued until a dispute is resolvedHad the refund been issued prior, the client would have been refunded through PayPal as well as CARiD
