We certainly apologize for the time lag to refund for the clients core It does take sometime to inspect all core returns prior to issuance of a refund THe clients refund went through on 12/15/for $with the transaction ID [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The entire conversation with UPS was recorded so please pull the tape, the wheels and tires were not sent back with them because they didn't cause the damage and that's why they were being picked up for UPS to inspect on their end since you filed the claim stating they caused the damage, and I informed them on my call that the wheels and tires were on and I was told that they would contact me further once they had more information on a possible fraud damage claim filed by CARiDThe $discount is joke I know several people who have received that when spending a certain amount of money on a order, so don't make it sound like that's anything specialYes I was given money back since I had to have all four wheels and tires rebalanced but how about the the hub centric rings that came with the wheels that didn't even fit that I called back in to CARiD to inform them of that issue as well and I was told I would be sent another set sometime, this whole ordeal with CARiD has been nothing but a complete mess and if I had to do it over again I would definitely spend my money elsewhere especially when it comes to the horrendous so called customer service Regards, [redacted] ***

A second return label was emailed to the client on November 3rdBoth items are in transit back and the refund will be issuedBut again, this was not a phone orderThere is no sales rep assigned to it, and there is an IP address as opposed to a phone order notificationIf this was done with a sales rep, there would have been a sales rep in the orderIt would not be blank (please see screen shot below)The client actually emailed us assuming the discount was automatically applied and at that time was advised about this item not being eligible for a discountI'm sorry that the client disagrees with our policies and procedures, but in certain cases photos are necessary

I am rejecting this response because: Yes I called after installment two days after installment my problem is I had the item for two days I have order a lot of things from Carid and had no problems but this right here I have a problem with I pay $something dollars for a item and have it on my car for two days and something happens to it and that's it? No that's not right! there's no damage to the car just the grill the thing is cheap!

We apologize for the issue the client is facingThe client has had these wheels and tires since DecemberThe issue he is having is not covered by the Road Hazard portion of the warranty as clearly stated on the website https://www.carid.com/delinte-tires/desert-storm-d8-972454.html?child_id= [redacted] Below is the portion pertaining to the client's issue...also, road hazard pertains to tread damage, not sidewall damage causing a blowout, which is what the client sent pictures showing.VRoad hazard warrantyThis road hazard warranty is offered for select Delinte products for non-repairable tread damage (based on RMA guidelines) based on the following limitations:If road hazard damage occurs in the first months from the date of purchase or the first 2/32” of tread life, (whichever comes first), Delinte will replace a comparable tire manufactured by the Sentury Tire factory.Road hazard coverage applies only to the original purchaser and isn’t transferable.Exclusions not covered under this limited warranty:· Road hazard damage, including cuts, snags, bruises, punctures, tire repair, impact breaks, etc(Select tires indicated in this document have coverage under the Delinte Tire Road Hazard Policy.) Regarding the wheel locks, this is the first time that has been mentioned to us since the client received the orderWe have not heard from the client since 12/19/when he called to check the order statusThe client did not purchase security wheel locksHe was provided with a free installation kit that was delivered with the wheelsWe will try to get the warranty approved for the client, but approval is up to the manufacturer, not CARiD

After I reviewed the order, I felt that the customer was correct and requested we refund him $I apologize for the inconvenience [redacted]

This kit was ordered without the assistance of a sales repThe client ordered a lift kit for a truck that is RWD[redacted] Silverado RWD (Rear Wheel Drive) with Aluminium Upper Control Arms 2014-2015, Front and Rear Lift Kit with 3.5" Front and Rear Lift Height (3800) by [redacted] ®During our conversations with the client, she told us she has 4WDThis is why the kit will not workShe placed the order incorrectly
