Review: Order 2 items from the website on 1/*/15. Contacted them on 9/**/15 by email to inquire about my order. I was told to contact them at a later time the order was not yet processed (10 business days). on 9/**/15 I contacted them again and they said they had an issue with their supplier, I instantly replyed to refund my money and cancel my order. At this point they have not responded to several emails I have sent and are not returning calls. I am filing a fraud claim with my bank. This company is not a trust worthy site and do not provide any sort of customer service. I feel ripped off and cheated, I guess their company name is correct they steal daily from their customers.Desired Settlement: Nothing they will do will make me happy. I have wasted hours of my time dealing with this shame site, and filing a fraud claim with my bank. I will not accept anything from this cheat site except my own money back.

Since the order is "so old" and my emails have been ignored, I do not trust you or your company. I will not be providing any of my personal information to you or any of your associates. You are running a shame organization and based on reading reviews on the internet (sadly after my purchase) I am not alone with these claims. There are thousands of similar situations and your company reviews are below what is acceptable. Luckily I was able to add just one more negative review to the thousands if not tens of thousands of negative reviews. It is funny that once I contacted the Revdex.com you responded within and hour, but when communicating to your customer service, there is no communicating just sitting in the dark. I will continue to share my experience with any outlet that I can find. Thanks for not helping!

Review: I ordered a computer from them on 06.**.13. I received it on 06.**.13. Upon removing the item from the shipping box, I immediately seen damage to the computer tower. There was no damage to the shipping box. On 06.**.13, I visited Dailysteals.com website and completed a return form. They responded through e-mail on 07.**.13 by sending me a link to view the original description of the item. I looked over the description again to see if there was a chance of receiving an item damaged. There was no note of the possibility of damage. On 07.**.13, after still not having any direction to go in, I e-mailed them again about a return shipping label and noting that there was nothing in the description about damage and that I'd like to return this computer. On 07.**.13 I received an e-mail from [redacted] apologizing. She said my issue has been documented and "someone" is working on this and that I could contact her anytime to find out the status of this. (This is also the last e-mail I've received from them). On 07.**.13, I e-mailed "[redacted]" back, asking what the hold-up was with sending me a return label. No response. On 07.**.13 I e-mailed again about the whereabouts of the shipping label and the lack of a response from them. No response. Again, today 07.**.13, I've e-mailed for the location of the return label. I suspect I already know what kind of response I'll be receiving. None...Desired Settlement: I want a pre-paid shipping label so I can send this computer back. A full refund of monies spent on this item. I'd like to know what the breakdown was for them on their end because I'll be thinking twice about buying anything from them again. But at the same time, I don't care, I just want my money back.

Review: I purchased a product from daily steals and the product was not as it was described. I wrote an email asking for a refund, they agreed to issue me a refund and sent me a return label. I sent them the package back in January and I am still waiting for a refund. They sent me an email asking me for my credit card info and I responded that I do not feel comfortable emailing that information to them. I said I prefer to do the refund over the phone. They gave me a phone number that does not answer and the voice mail is filled up and then I tried for two weeks and no response and then she told me someone would call me and this was over 6 weeks ago. I have emailed them repeatedly and no response in my last email I stated that if I do not hear from them I am goign to report them and that was one month ago.Desired Settlement: I just want me $35.00 refunded to me. I ordered this for a christmas gift and now it's already May.

Review: I have been a long time customer with Daily Steals. So far my buying experience has been great and trust has been established between me and Daily Steals. I ordered a high ticket item, an iPad, and it never arrives at my home. I have never had problems receiving items from USPS or UPS. I was tracking the package online and there was some descrepancy in what was reported.

The report had said that a delivery attempt was made and notice was left. No notice was left. Second attempt to deliver the package report the package was delivered. No one was home to accept the package, and the shipper stated that the package was left on the door step. There was no package on my door step.

I requested the shipper, Daily Steals, to file a claim. They refused based on their confidence with USPS.

USPS states that the shipper needs to file a claim to get restitution.

I can't file a claim, and Daily Steals refuses to file a claim. I have already paid for an item which I did not receive.

I feel this is unfair.Desired Settlement: Please refund my money.

Review: I have made an order on the 11/**/2013 with number [redacted]and the status of it is shipped but I have never received the product till today, then I contacted their customer service multiple times and every time they redirect me to to the carrier witch is USPS and UPS to file a loss claim, But both of the carriers they told me that I have to contact back the shipper since they are the one who ensured the package. Review: In December my daughter ordered a IPAD from Daily Steals...When it didn't arrive in the given time frame she tried to get in touch with the company. She has left numerous questions and complaints on their customer service page. When calling the company it says to go to the website for any questions. When I have tried to submit a complaint, the form will not submit. On the customer service page, it says someone will be in touch usually within 24 hrs. We have had no phone calls or emails to get this issue resolved. Since the IPAD didn't arrive when we needed it, it was sent back to the company. We don't know if it arrived and if it did, they have not credited my account.Desired Settlement: At this point all I want is someone to tell me if the IPAD has arrived safely and my credit card will be credited. Review: On 5/**/15, I purchased a Dell computer from dailysteals.com through [redacted] using my Chase credit card. This computer was advertised with a one year warranty. In late October, it started acting erratically, so I called a computer tech to come to my house and fix the problem. He told me that the computer’s hard drive is failing, and I need to get another one under the warranty, because it is unfixable.

I tried contacting dailysteals.com on the web by calling every phone number I could find listed for them, but none of the numbers were good. I finally sent an email, and got no response. I tried again and finally got a person who responded that she had sent the problem to someone else to take care of. This has been going on for over a month, and every time I inquire I get a message back that someone else has to be notified and respond. I am getting a runaround and getting nowhere.

I tried to get [redacted] involved, but they responded that it’s past the 180 day filing period for them, and they aren’t involved in warranty issues, but that my credit card company might help. I am not being unreasonable, I want dailysteals.com to honor the warranty and either send me a new computer in exchange for the failing one, or refund my purchase price. At this point, I would really prefer a refund so as to have no further dealings with this sorry excuse for a business.Desired Settlement: I am proceeding with my credit card company to see if I have any recourse there. This business is despicable, and their customer service is non-existent. In my opinion, they should be not be allowed a business license. I bought the computer in good faith from what I thought was a reputable business, and I am being ignored and given the runaround by them. The person responding to my inquiries stated that the warranty was only 90 days. I responded back to him that the warranty was, indeed, 1 year and I had a copy of the website description that I printed when I ordered the computer that plainly stated there was a one year warranty in two different places. I have not heard anything more, and true to what I was told by my computer guy, the computer finally crashed and I was not able to boot up or restore it, so I am on a new computer and the one from Daily Steals is dead now and I am cheated out of my money for my purchase.I am resigned to the fact that I was duped by this farce of a company, but I would like to do my part to be sure that they are not able to continue to operate and keep ripping people off. Review: I ordered two Apple ear pods from this site and product I received had damages on the earpod container which is also part of the product sold. The product was specified new and there was no mention of this being without any new packaging. When I contacted the customer service I was told they will not be giving me any refund or replacements since the container is the one damaged and I was told it was shipped using hassle free shipping as one of the reasons for the scratches.Desired Settlement: I would like to return the product and get full refund or get it replaced.

I got my money fully refunded. I wish I did not have to do all this just to get things right. I had to complaint to paypal and Revdex.com to get this resolved which could have been easier if the customer service responded more friendlier and tried to resolve the issue on contacting them the first time instead of saying that it is my fault for choosing free shipping. Site is notorious for bait and switch tactics and will reject any return that they want. I ordered a laptop that took 20 days to receive then when I complained that the processor was not the one advertised, they simply rejected by return/refund request with no explanation. I am considering filing a lawsuit and hope no one ever has to experience this joke of a company's customer service department. Avoid at all cost, you have been warned.

I still have not received a refund. I ordered another iPad for $250 on 12/**/2014 which was also supposed to be in stock & it was not. However I was refunded that purchase. I have emailed Daily Steals on 12/**/2014 & have not heard back from them.Desired Settlement: Simply I would like the product I ordered & an imediate credit back to my credit card which posted to my card on 12/*/2014. Daily Steals offered me a discount on my next purchase, but they don't actually have the product in stock that they charged my credit card for. Review: I ordered some lights (4 sets) on the Daily Steals website that were advertised for $29.00 each for a total of $116.00. My cart showed a total price of $116.00 and my Paypal page showed $116.00 all the way up to the "Complete Order" page. After the order was complete, it showed that they charged me $196.00 ($49.00 each). I IMMEDIATELY cancelled the order (literally minutes after placing it) and got a response approx. 24 hrs. later saying that there was a glitch on their site but it was already shipped from the warehouse and they were unable to cancel it but I could refuse shipment when it arrived and I would be refunded when the item was returned. The package was delivered when I was not home and left at my door, leaving me no opportunity to refuse it. I sent Daily Steals an email the same day asking them what my next step was. They then sent me a reply saying that I could not return the item. I have sent them several emails asking them to be fair about this and either refund me the $80.00 that I was overcharged or accept the package and refund me the $196.00. The only responses I have received since the first one are the automated responses saying, "thank you for contacting us....," and a copy of the shipping invoice. I still have the unopened package and would certainly like for this to be resolved. I have placed several orders with the company and never had a problem until this, and even ordered items after this started until I found out they were going to be jerks about the whole thing. I'm okay with that but how can Daily Steals explain why there is no documentation papers of any kind or serial number in the place where it should be never the headphone padding. Additioanally Beats is not a company that makes Headphones so low quality that the ear padding fell off the first time I put the Headphones on. The ear pieces also shake around like they aren't on properly. They don't sound like a quality pair of Headphones either. These all lead me to question the legitimacy. This is deceptive to me as the customer.

I purchased Microsoft Office 2010 Professional Plus from [redacted] back in 2011. It worked originally and upon further usage, I kept getting an error saying "unlicensed product". I still have all the paperwork that came with my online order so I contacted [redacted] to verify my product key (this is what you use to confirm that you have a legit product) and they told me that the product key that I have was sold to multiple customers ( which is fraud) and has been flagged as being "blocked". You can only have one product installed per license key. As long as you have the license key to the product you purchased, it doesn't expire. It's valid as long as you have the product. Evidenlty, they ran a scam and sold the same product key to mulitple customers.

I contacted Daily Steals to express my concerns and I was told that they could not assist me.
