Allthiough I have received the lap top. This company has issues they do not offer a buisiness telaphone number and take a long time to ship products without any reply. Wouid not buy from again.

Review: I recently purchased two sets of Egyptian Cotton 400 TC Sheets King Ivory sheets from this company. When I opened the first set to attempt to use them I found that they did not appear to be Egyptian Cotton but some other kind of fabric which was very harsh and scratchy. I knew by the feel of the sheets that these were not as represented in the advertisement on this companies website. I am unable to use these sheets because they are so hard and scratchy. I contacted this company three times with requests asking that I be allow to return these defective sheets because I can not use them. Each time their service department refused to allow me to return the two sets of king size sheet for a refund.Desired Settlement: I want Dailysteals to pay the return shipping for these sheets and to refund the $58.00 that I paid them for the sheets.

Review: I purchased three items on June *, 2014 and returned them because they were sold to me as "refurbished". Yet, they smelled of sweat, were scratched, and did not come with the necessary accessories to function properly (extension link). For over nearly four months now I have been emailing (because there is no phone number to communicate with an actual person) I have emailed at least 25 times. Each time, I would receive a return email from a different person, each person would act as though my my credit would not be issued. I have now received credit for two of the three items (each credit was one month apart). My issue is the lack of communication with a longtime customer (I have had this problem in the last item I returned), the ethical business practices (a previous refund was never credited to my account as well), and the fact that I paid for three items that were returned on the same day, after a month of communicating with staff to follow the companies procedures on returned items, and still have not been refunded for the items that were returned nearly two months ago. Never in my life have I had such a frustrating experience with a company's customer service department. I have explained to their department (different representatives;in writing), no less than 15 times, yet each employee regurgitates the same concept of a credit having been issued. The full credit has yet to be issued, and has been broken into two separate transactions, where I am still owed for one of the itemsDesired Settlement: Based on the fact that I have communicated this so many times, even after threatening to contact the Revdex.com, and have yet to be refunded or have consistent communication on the part of dailysteals.com, I am requesting a full refund of my initial purchase of $120, and a letter or explanation on the part of the company. Review: I ordered a desktop computer from them online. The product did not ship and I was never once notified by them of the reason it didn't. I only heard from them after emailing customer service. They continued to give me no concrete answers about the computer and finally after multiple emails, they cancelled the order. Upon cancelling the order, my credit card was not refunded and I am now forced to go through the credit card agency to cancel payment and get a refund. Review: On 12/*/2014 I've ordered a product that was never shipped to me (Iphone case charger) and was charged for the item. I was patient and when I contacted customer support there was no answer. On the third attempt when I mentioned they will be reported to Revdex.com they contacted me stating the refund has been issued and that I should see it in 3-5 days. Review: I purchased a HP EliteBook 14'' i5 Laptop on April ** from the daily steals website for $229. I received my laptop in the mail on April [redacted]. Upon getting it I opened the box plugged it in and installed Office on my laptop. The computer charged for about 8 hours then I unplugged it to use it and it immediately turned off. I plugged it back in and it turned on again. Naturally it seems the battery is no good. I've tried to contact daily steals via email 2 times and still had no response. All I want is a new battery so I can use this laptop for school. I think it's rediculius that after 3 emails and 4 days no one has the decency to return a email or make a phone call. Review: I ordered an electronic cigarette kit from Daily Steals in low tobacco. When I finally received the item. It was Menthol, which I DONT smoke. I contacted the company by email, which is the only way I could find, I received a reply saying it is not their policy to refund & that is what I ordered.

I sent another email saying I had proof of my order & that their decision was a poor one. I then received an automatic reply they were closed for a religous holiday & no reply since. Review: Two problems with this company: I ordered two Ipads that I was fully aware were refurbished. I only received one of them and it came locked with a passcode and had someone's picture on the home screen. More importantly after 3 weeks of waiting I did not receive the other Ipad and was told it was shipped to my old address and then returned to sender. I cannot reach anyone there, because they have no phone number to contact them. The response time to emails is so poor as I am still waiting for a response to where my item is now. They took my payment for both items right away, of course.Desired Settlement: I would either like one of two things: My other Ipad to arrive unlocked and free of other people's pictures. Review: Item received with a very strong chemical smell. I don't fell it safe enough to use as part of my daily use. I requested a refund from the web site. Customer service refused with a reason stated final sale item, unable to return. UPS tracking confirms they received it on July *. No response from company, no replacement or refund issued. After this amount of time passed I emailed the company because the order hadn't shipped yet. I told them I could wait until the [redacted], but I was moving to a new city and needed to acquire a new computer for work right away. I was told on July [redacted] they were contacting their supplier. I have emailed 3 times since asking them to cancel and refund my order because I had to buy a different computer because it took too long to be shipped. More than weekly I contacted the support and told them that I had not received my items even though I had ordered successfully in the past..AND had ordered again since making this order and received that item. I continued to complain. The site never updated my account information to show tracking numbers and still hasn't to this day though they claim that the items were delivered. They were not....I finally requested to speak to the manager...who informed me...that my only recourse was to contact the Post Office to complain. So when they ship you an item....they do not care whether you received it or not...it is up to you to just complain to the Post Office. If I send a gift to a friend through USPS...I expect it to arrive...I paid them to ship it to the recipient. If that item doesn't arrive....I don't just tell my friend "Oh well...its my policy not to do anything about it...you will just have to call the Post Office to report it yourself" Can you imagine we would remain friends for long? Needless to say I was highly upset with this outcome...and informed this Gentleman that I order many many items online and all of my friends rely on my online shopping skills....I will no longer be recommending his website to them...Desired Settlement: When I make a purchase online...I expect that I will either receive the items I ordered. If this company's suppliers told them "You didn't get your shipment? Oh Well...file a complaint elsewhere, I doubt he would continue to do business with that company. When I do not receive items that I ordered from REPUTABLE online business's...which happens from time to time for various reason, an item is no longer in stock for example...or occasionally one doesn't ship. In those circumstances I am either promptly delivered the item that I ordered or a refund to my credit card is is the normal response. NEVER have I heard one business tell me to "take it up with the Post Office" before.

Apparently, this company has so many customers they can afford to lose the hundreds if not thousands of dollars worth of business they would have gotten from me in the New Year. They are therefore aptly named Daily"STEALS".

Review: I wrote to Daily Steals on September [redacted] regarding an item I had purchased - Jabra Stone3 Bluetooth Headset - which did not work. I asked if I could return it for a refund. I immediately received an automated reply that someone would get back to me. I received a reply on September [redacted] from a rep named Kevin who said he would process a refund to my account, which I would get in one to five business days. (I had offered to send the item back, but he said it was not necessary.) I never received it. I wrote to them again on September [redacted] and got a reply on October [redacted] that they would process it again. I still have not received it.
