Review: I purchased a macbook on Feb [redacted], the macbook came with two cracks on either side of the top. I immediately contacted Daily steals regarding a RSA which according to their online return policy I need to send back the product. I got an automated response stating I would get an answer within 48 hours. 5 days later I got an email from them asking as to why I needed assistance and asked for pictures of the computer. I sent back the requested information immediately. I have yet to hear back from them. I have attempted 3 separate contact requests from them since that email response. I have gotten nothing in return except the automated response of 48 hours wait time and they have failed in that. They state their return policy is only for 30 days and we are rapidly approaching the end of that time.Desired Settlement: I would like the RSA number I apparently need to send the product back so that I can get a full return on this computer. I don't trust the product or the seller, I no longer want the computer, I do not even want a replacement.

Review: dailysteals is selling Milano Collection 100% Egyptian Cotton 1000 Thread Count 4-Piece Sheet Set and claim that it will fit upto 15" mattress, the fact is the sheet set is NOT 1000 thread count nor fit upto 15" mattress, the sheet is 300 thread count at most and barely fit my 12" mattress.Desired Settlement: Refund of $29.99.

I purchased two monitors from Daily steals so that I could have matching monitors. One arrived with a damaged base and the screen was burnt out. I contacted them on April [redacted] regarding an exchange or refund. On April 9th I received word from their customer service rep to "allow up to ten business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for the supplier to contact us with a resolution. Once I have received a response, I will contact you. I will be sure to resolve this matter as soon as possible." On April [redacted] I emailed them again asking for an update. On April [redacted] I contacted them again to let them know that if I didn't hear from anyone after the [redacted] day that I would report them to Revdex.com and dispute the charge with my credit card company. No response from them. I'm out $179 until my credit card company decides that I was ripped off by this sham of a company. There is no telephone number to contact customer support and they're non-responsive to emails. I will never buy from them again and would not recommend purchases from this "company" to anyone, unless you want to throw your money away. Now I'm stuck with one working monitor and having to find a match.

This company is selling counterfeit products. The product I purchased was advertised as an authentic [redacted]. It came in their package and was labeled as such. When the cheaply made product broke and I contacted [redacted], I was informed it was not genuine. I emailed the company, which they ignored. Do NOT trust this company or purchase their knock-off products!

Review: On December [redacted] 2014 I placed an order for 2 IPAD Minis Order # [redacted] Total came to $458 which was paid and has been withdrawn from my account. I get a shipping conformation several days later when my package arrives there is only 1 of the 2 purchased IPAD's when I contacted Daily Steals regarding the issue they took their advertised 24 hours to respond and advised me that they have 10-14 business days to ship an order and at the time of speaking December [redacted] I still had a couple days before I should receive another shipping conformation. This was all besides the fact that I had received one of what I ordered and paid for. well 14 days came and went Daily Steals refuses to respond to multiple corespondents that I have tried to leave on both their E-mail (which they say is the fastest way to reach them and max 48 hour response) I also sent messages through Social Media which they respond by asking for your order number then do not contact or respond back once you give them the information. Now this item will most undoubtedly not be here by Christmas something that was ordered back on the [redacted] which according to their site at time of purchase was in stock. Now I have no recourse they have since had that item back up on their site for sale, no attempt was made to offer me another color or upgrade to one in stock. they do not advertise their phone number the number on the Revdex.com site has a message that says the company is called [redacted] every option you push takes you to an inaudible voice mail which is full and can not accept more messages, pretty shady for a alleged legitimate business.Desired Settlement: I want my Item Over Night shipped at no additional charge to me. if they do not have the product I want the option of another color that is in stock or option to upgrade to the IPAD Mini 2 if that is in stock with the same free overnight shipping, I would like timely responses to my inquiries and preferably a phone call with a real person.

Review: I purchased an [redacted] laptop in Feb 2015 from daily steals. The product did not have the appropriate start up disc and the item was unusable. The first request to return the order was declined, further requests and a prompt to speak to a manager approved the return. The item was delivered to daily steals on April **, 2015. The company policy states 3-5 business days to restock and up to 5 business days for a credit to reflect on the paid account. As of 5/**/15 at 10:30am there was no reflected credit to my credit card. I have also sent a follow up request inquring about the refund credit and received no response beyond an automatic reply from dailysteals.Desired Settlement: I am seeking a credit for $249 as agreed upon by dailysteals to my credit card.

Review: Dailysteals is advertising the sale of cell phones as new. Unfortunately, when I ordered for one, it was used and malfunctioned. It still has the previous owner's calls on it. The business needs to send a shipping label because merely sending an RMA # without a shipping label makes the customer liable for the defective product. I need a shipping label which has been paid for by Dailysteals. By not indicating that the customer is responsible for the returns, they bear the burden of shipping back their defective product.

More so, they did not need me to contact Revdex.com for them to start any meaningful communication than the perfunctory and general messages they sent to me.

Then yesterday I received an email from them that they had been sold to another company. Review: I purchased an item from this company on February [redacted] 2015. I began reaching out to them approximately 11 days after the purchase to inquire about why it had not shipped. The seller wrote back and said that they have 10 days from the date of purchase to ship the item. I responded to inform them it had been greater than 10 days. The seller once again wrote back that it takes 10 days to ship the item (clearly they did not read my email, and simply sent the same response again.) I have since then contacted them 3 times with the last one informing them that I would file a complaint with the Revdex.com. Review: I ordered and received an Ipad Air. When I opened the item which was refurbished it was dead. It will not turn on, will not charge and is essentially useless. The item was not working when I received it. I requested a return number and info the very next day via their website and have not received any response at all! I also sent emails to their customer service because that's how you ask for assistance, no response. I found their customer service number on the Revdex.com website, no answer and the mailbox is full. I found a different phone number on [redacted] website (how I paid) and again, no answer mailbox is full. I reviewed their return policy and I am entitled to be able to return the item and receive a full refund. Please help. I paid 399.00 which is a lot of money to me.Desired Settlement: I want information to return the item, they say I need an RS number or something like that and of course a return shipping label is needed. You did nothing to help except FINALLY sending a return ingo email after I had to continually contact you! This is a horrible experience and I will be sure to warn everyone I come into contact with to stay away from your business and I use that term loosely. True businesses have return policies in place thst are actually followed. Your process is a joke!

Review: I purchased a Logitech wireless key on May **, 2013. I received it on June *, 2013. I opened the box and saw that the keyboard had damages on it. The left side of the keyboard had scratch marks on it and the middle of the keyboard had duct tape residue that made the keys and fingers stick. I couldn't find the usb connector in either the mouse or keyboard. I went online and try to return it, but they rejected my return stating, in an email, that the usb was in either the mouse of keyboard. I replied back to their sales department and also wrote another email message on their website under "contact us" section. I uploaded pictures of what I was talking about. The website stated I would get a reply back within 1-2 business days and I have not yet received a reply. They do not have a phone number so I could not call them to leave a message. I want my money back. I will send the merchandise back, because it is damaged anyhow.Desired Settlement: Refund my credit card that I purchased with.

Review: On September [redacted], I ordered a set of Egyptian Cotton 400 TC Sheets (#[redacted]) from Daily Steals. I received the sheets on Oct [redacted] and realized immediately that the sheets were not 100% cotton - they seem to be nylon, and very scratchy. The package included a note that said that the sheet set's labeling was different from that advertised, but that the contents were 100% cotton. The note further stated "If you feel these sheets are not up to the standards of quality you expected, we will arrange for the return of the full sheet set in its original packaging for a full refund." On Oct [redacted], I wrote to DailySteals expressing my dissatifaction with the product and requested a refund. I received an email shortly thereafter stating that all sales are final and that a refund would not be given. I wrote back immediately and included reference to the promise of a full refund that I received with the package. It has been a week, and I have heard no response from the company.Desired Settlement: I would like the refund promised ($29.95) and return shipping of the 'defective' sheets paid by DailySteals.

Review: On June *, 2012 I purchased an "Ergo" baby carrier from DailySteals.com for $80. I recently became aware of the fact that the carrier that I purchased was most likely counterfeit. Upon further investigation, the true manufacturer of Ergo Baby carriers confirmed in writing that the carrier that I purchased was indeed counterfeit. Upon contacting Dailysteals.com of their error, I requested a full refund for the counterfeit product. I also forwarded the email from the manufacturer, which clearly states that the "Ergo" carrier purchased from Dailysteals.com was NOT legitimately from the "Ergo Baby" company. I received two responses from DailySteals.com, both reiterating that "the carrier sold on 6/*/2012 is 100% authentic and absolutely not counterfeit. As ERGOBaby sells there product for $145 and forces that their dealers sell their item at same rate or higher it angered not only ERGOBaby but their partners that we sold their product for $80." This is simply not true. Dailysteals.com sold me a counterfeit product, that is non-regulated by the US and is illegal according to the Trademark Counterfeiting Act of 1984. They have refused in writing (twice) to give me a refund for the illegal item. Because this item did not follow the strict US manufacturing guidelines, there is no way to know if the product is safe for my child to use. It could potentially have high levels of lead, which could harm or disable my child.....as well as the thousands of other families who are currently using the counterfeit "Ergo"s that were sold by dailysteals.com.Desired Settlement: Dailysteals.com needs to refund the $80.00 to me for the counterfeit "Ergo" baby carrier.

Review: I ordered 2 Samsung Neo Gear 2 watches from Daily Steals. They were advertised as "NEW" and to include a 1 year warranty. I gave these watches to my husband and brother at their joint birthday party on August **. 2014. When they opened the watches we thought it was odd that the default language appeared to be Greek or possibly Russian on the screen and that the charger included was a European charger and would not work in US electrical outlets. Nonetheless they were able to change the language on the watches and use US chargers (not included with the item) to use the watches. However, on September ** my brother's watch completely stopped working. He could not turn it on at all. He spent over an hour with Samsung service but ultimately they told him they could not in any way help him with the watch or the difficulties because the registration/serial number on the watch was not a US number. I contacted Daily Steals by email right away via their website. There is no custom service phone number by which to contact them. I heard back quickly from "[redacted]" who emailed back and asked for the order number. I immediately emailed her the order number and have now emailed her a total of 3 times requesting help. I have not heard back from anyone.Desired Settlement: I would like to return both watches (they were both ordered on the same day but are 2 separate orders) for a full refund. One is defective and for both the so-called one year warranty is non-existent.

Review: Hi. I purchased "Original Apple earphones" from DailySteals. They were indicated as "Original" and since I had made purchases from DailySteals before, I assumed these were the real deal. I received my package and decided I would just put the headphones away and use them when I needed to. This past weekend I needed to use them as I forgot my main set of headphones. I opened the package and right away noticed the quality did not match Apples quality. After emailing DailySteals demanding a refund, I was told I would need to mail them back to them. And was told I was sent the fake ones by accident and the real ones are out of stock. This is obviously a lie and they are trying to scam people.Desired Settlement: All I want is a refund. I'll return the head phones but I want them to mail me a package with a shipping label. I will NOT BE GOING OUT OF MY WAY TO RETURN A FAKE PRODUCT.
