I have checked to see what I could find. We have only looked at this car once for the Maryland state inspection and that was May of 2012. We have no record of any body repair. We saw the same [redacted] at the time of purchase. I am not sure why it was not reported earlier.

We have adjusted the bill to 500.00. We made a goodwill adjustment due to the delay with getting his repairs completed. Customer picked up and is happy. Thank you.

This car was sold with no warranty from our Fairfax location. After reviewing the repairs needed at our [redacted] location it seems that all of these items were needed to pass Maryland State inspection. The customer is responsible for fixing any repairs needed in order to pass this inspection required by Maryland to title the car. I spoke with [redacted] and out of "goodwill only", I will be refunding her the amount of 1074.65. She understands that there will be no more assistance provided after this regarding the purchase of this car. Thank you.

The customer came in and spoke with our sales manager. We reviewed the paperwork with our guest. There was no gap purchased. From what I understand, the customer only had liability insurance. This is why the full amount due is not being covered. If the customer has anything in writing stating...
