I am rejecting this response because:     The deal was finalized and the jeep was put on my insurance that night when I got home. I was told once the jeep was on my insurance to come in the next morning with proof, which I did. The jeep was just taken off my insurance last week. The business manager (or person in charge of the loan process) and I both went over the paperwork for the deal and signed off on the deal. The next day when I came in to get my jeep and show proof of insurance for the jeep I was told by Mr. S[redacted] that because my car was stolen (from their lot) I had no equity to trade in; he proceeded to confiscate the folder that the signed paperwork and said he would keep the folder in the business manager's office because the deal is good for 30 days.

Good afternoon,I have reviewed our records. Looks like the first visit to our dealership was 1/5/15 with 86,988 miles on it. The customers concern was a check engine light was on. He had shared with us that he had just changed his spark plugs and coils. We found that # 3 cylinder head and head...

gasket on the right needed to be replaced. We had that covered under warranty. No charge to the customer. The second time we saw this car was 4/28/15 with 91,344 miles on it. The customer drove 4,356 miles after first repair. On this visit iit was also #3. We had this covered under warranty as well. I do not see any return comments since the last repair. If the customer is still having the concern please let me know and we can take a look at it. Thank you.

I am not satisfied with the"service" that was provided and the dealership doesn't feel that they owe me...

payments made on the vehicle. The exact words were "what makes you feel that you are entitled to that?" Plenty! First- it (according to the dealership) was not mined and two- it is the ethical thing to do! This has messed up my credit and it was an absolute nightmare experience with a so called reputable organization.

I am rejecting this response because:It was my understanding that "General Manager contact the customer to discuss some goodwill offers" or "Trevor W[redacted] will be reaching out to the customer right away." and he has not contacted me yet.  I have not had any conversation regarding this complaint with Alex and he has not offered any goodwill offers.  After Lexus response, I contacted Alex and he has no idea about this Revdex.com complaint. I was out of town. Could not attend any calls. Please provide me Kim's number.  Based on my last conversation with [redacted] (i am not 100% sure what his name was) from [redacted]s, [redacted]s will only honor 3 years warranty  not the Toyota Platinum 8 years warranty I bought for $2000.Also I am going to replace the unit for the fourth time since it stopped working in summer again.

I am rejecting this response because: again as was stated to me by three different members of my warranty company, as well as a copy of all work done shown from them and the transcript online, the diagnostic test, which is $850 was never given to them to be done. Now I've heard from two different people from darcars stating it was given to them, but nowhere does it showIt was. Either the warranty company is lying or the darcars dealer is lying, but either way I don't feel I should be held responsible for something that was a mishap on either parties. If it wasn't covered that's one thing, but for it to be able to be covered and it not be sent to be covered or the warranty company not placing it on heir to be covered is at no fault of mine there for it should not be my responsibility to pay for someone else's mistake.

I am rejecting this response because: I was advised SEVERAL times by the sales man that none of the forms that I was signing was to get my credit checked. I asked several times beforehand and so did my Mom, just to ensure it wasn't a credit check. I didn't need a credit check because I already had financing through my credit union. The reason I did not have the check was because I was only getting a quote for the vehicle. I wasn't purchasing at that time because I was going to view 2 other vehicles before I made my decision. The salesman told me that the forms were to get an accurate quote and he would not be running credit. Later, a finance rep came out and said yes, the salesman did run my credit but it was a "soft pull" so it wouldn't affect me. At that time I left becauseI was upset and I didn't consent to that. I never gave my consent becuase I knew it might have an impact on my credit score and I ALREADY had financing. I trusted that the salesman had integrity and I'm extremely disappointed that he did that.

purchased that we had the window of opportunity to make the switch. In the State of Maryland there is no "return policy". At this time we are not able to change the vehicle for another. Thank you.
