Complaint: [redacted] Partial Rejection
I am partially rejecting this response as noted below:
1. Collision Department - Concur and agreement that dealer can mail the label to be received NLT 4/26/17. Because of past label delivery assurances that did NOT happen from dealer, I will follow up with Revdex.com IF or when received.
2. Service Department - Disagreement and do NOT concur because I definitely requested 30K mileage routine maintenance service IAW the 29,021 mileage of my car for that needed service. Due to the error data coding, customer service representative misinterpretation or negligence - I no longer have faith or trust regarding my vehicle to be serviced at this dealership and request refund of amount billed $155.60 so my 30K service maintenance can be completed elsewhere in accordance with my service request.
I serviced my prior 2002 [redacted] and my current 2012 [redacted] at this dealership without incidence until now. However, no further communication with dealer is needed.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted].  Darcars did not actually respond to my complaint, which stated that they refused to send me an invoice or my car registration.  The attachment sent to Revdex.com and earlier to me is not an invoice - there is no total owed or any information on where to send it.   A customer service representative from Darcars called me and said that the money is actually owed to the Maryland MVA, which is noted nowhere on the document they send. The company is highly unprofessional and I would not recommend them.  However, I am dropping my complaint because I obtained another copy of my car registration.  Thank you for your assistance.

I would need proof that her card was charged twice. I can not see any transactions first hand as I do not work with [redacted]. [redacted] is saying they only charged the card once not twice. If the customer would like me to help her she would need to provide my last request - a bank statement showing two charges. Once I have that proof I can contact [redacted] again. Thank you - Jammie

He agreed to have it buffed but no mention of anymore touch up. He did pay 101.00 to have this done. I checked the history. Looks like you purchased on 6/9/15 and brought it back in 6/15/15 for the buff job as agreed at the time of purchase. At this time, we will not be assisting in the repairs or any refunds. Thank you.
