We don't direct ad traffic to our customers website/Facebook where it can't be tracked -- but to a specially built landing page that is designed...

Greetings,
An email was sent to [redacted] yesterday (attached) in which it was stated that the account would be cancelled effective 11/11/2015, which it has been.  The account is no longer active and there is no future billing on the account.

We have been actively working with this customer on resolution, and per her request she is cancelled with no further payments due. We can not offer a refund since we have provided services rendered as promised. In fact, we have over delivered on our guaranteed 30 actions per month with almost...

200 actions per month at no additional cost. Unfortunately our manager had an emergency family situation this morning and was out of the office and unable to make the scheduled call with the customer today. When we notified the customer of this, she asked for us to not contact her again. Since we cannot resolve this account without contact, our manager will try to reach her again when she is back in the office.

We have backup and evidence for all that we state. In another attempt to continue the resolution negotiation, we reached out to the customer's father [redacted]. Mr [redacted] paid for the advertising services, and we are not able to negotiate with [redacted] who has been continually threatening and abusive to our staff. We are actively working with [redacted] for a resolution, and feel hopeful that this situation will be resolved shortly.

I have tried calling Ruth, a manager at the company. My message to them was I'd be gone after 1pm on May...

5th, the date I called. She called at 2:20 pm and left a message she would be gone until Monday and for me to return a call....sorry but your being paid to work for me so you need to be calling...very convenient to call and then be gone. The next day I receive another call from Kendall and I called the number it's a number that continues to tell you your wait time is under 2minutes and please leave a message..it goes on like this then finally says please leave a message with phone number and business name and account...THEY NEVER EVER ANSWER, it tells me they either screen every call or have so many angry people we are all frustrated and are calling. I've never received a return email that Ruth claims she sent.  Today I called Ruth and she's gone from May 17th until the 25th....how very convenient with no return call and gone AGAIN. The message on her recording said to call the same number no one answers, yet says your wait time is less than 2minute and leave a message for them to call back. Does this until almost 3 minute mark and then on my option is leave name, number, and account number ....NO THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE WHEN IM PAYING FOR A SERVICE AT $169 per month and get NOTHING.     I do not accept this please continue with complaint and I do not want calls any more, only written information as I want a continuous dialogue, not a she said she said deal.

We're sorry that you feel this way. As stated previously, we cannot provide a refund for more than you actually paid. We have delivered on the 30 guaranteed actions as per our agreement. Despite this, for resolution we have offered you a goodwill offer of 25% off of the one month that you paid for. This offers still stands.

I spoke with Susan today, 12/2/16, and we came to an agreement. 
I was credited $800, and the last month will be waved.

I am rejecting this response because:
I stand true to the fact that the “data” Datasphere is providing is fraudulent and inaccurate. I was lied to and mislead into a “service” and agreement that was and is not what was presented to me. I want a complete refund and the contract obolved in writing to be satisfied. I have since only received an email stating they have cancelled the contract.

We're sorry to hear that our customer was not satisfied with our program. In researching, we do see that the email to Sara was returned to the customer on the same day by another person on our team. We also see that we have delivered a total of 1,308 actions to date, 11 months into the agreement....

That amounts to an average of 119 actions per month (1,308/11). Normally, this shortfall of 6 actions would be caught up in the subsequent month to reach the promised lifetime average action guarantee of average 125 per month. In this case, we are cancelling the program due to the customer's request, so in goodwill we will process a refund of one month service. As a side note, customer actions are absolutely trackable, and that is provided with our metrics which are accurate and compiled from third parties such as Google, Facebook etc. We would be happy to walk the customer through our tracking and metrics, and how the results dashboard works. In summary, we are cancelling this account, and providing a goodwill one month refund in resolution of this dispute.

We've reached out to our customer and were able to come to a resolution in her dispute. We consider this now resolved but please let us know if we can help with anything else.

We came to an agreement on a refund, which was proposed by the customer. The customer agreed that if she received what she was asking for it would resolve the dispute. After the refund was processed, the customer came back for more money after the fact. The customer has already been refunded $100 in June, $99 on 11/3, and $297 on 11/8. We had an agreement, and no more refunds are justified or available.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: Again this response is not accurate.  I did not receive any emails or a phone call regarding my additional request for the $99 in regard to my video.  Data sphere Technologies is a good company to work with period.  Yes I do have panic attacks, anxiety attacks and I did inform Ruth of this the one time we spoke.  An anxiety attack was coming on so I did hang up.  I do not feel my request for the additional $99 for the video is unreasonable due to all the problems I have had with this company.  It is not my health issues; it is the very poor service I have received.  I am again requesting the $99 refund for the video and then this case will be resolved fifnally.Sincerely,[redacted]
