I'm extremely tired of seeing their name in my inbox and this is feeling more like harassment than a resolved issue? Their claiming to not charge me to stop was obviously false.? I really want to see some of my $back and to never hear form them again about how they want money from me

I am rejecting this response because: That is entirely not true. I have been discussing my complaint with Jatone (Customer Adisor II). The messages have been coming from [redacted] My responses have been going through their internal server. I have attached a pdf file of the server correspondence that has taken place thus far. I'm not getting very far with this issue and feel like they are just trying to sweep this under the rug. I feel like this just reinforces that this company practices their business in a deceptive manner since I have been in correspondence with them in an attempt to resolve this issue.

customer representative by email stating I prefer all communications with them in writing ie via email since the past several phone conversations I'd had with them resulting in their representatives making promises to resolve the issue and then not following through? I would like all communication in writing so as to have a clear recordI have not had an email response at this time.?

We have reached out the customer and together came to a mutual agreement. This is account is now resolved, but please let us know if there's anything else needed.

We attempted to reach out to the customer but unfortunately she was combative, wouldn't talk to us and then hung up. We have cancelled her account, but without the ability to have a productive conservation we are unable to move further into a resolution. We are happy to speak with the customer at...

Hello,We have reached out to Ms. [redacted] by phone and email on 2/7/2018 & 2/9/2018 to resolve this complaint. On 8/30/2017 Ms. [redacted] signed a 12-month agreement for digital advertising with Datasphere.  To clarify, Datasphere Technologies is the digital advertising agency of Sinclair...

Broadcast Group. We also partner with Tegna stations to offer advertising exposure to small and medium-sized businesses. Ms. [redacted]'s package includes advertising on the article pages of news station WCSH, mobile and social media advertising, a landing page, and a personalized Youtube video produced by Datasphere. To date, we have shown Ms. [redacted]'s ads over 40,000 times, and she's received 144 trackable actions. Actions come from a variety of interactions such as video views, coupon prints, clicks, likes, shares, comments and more. Sometimes we may provide contact information of a potential customer if they were to opt-in to receive emails through a contact form. The actions and contacts can be tracked in the  Datasphere Dashboard.In regards to Ms. [redacted]'s refund request, we typically do not refund when we have met our action guarantee. As stated in the agreement she can cancel at any time with a payment of a 40% buyout which would discontinue the service immediately.What we can offer is a term reduction and reduce Ms. [redacted]'s 12-month agreement to 6 months and waive the remaining six months as a gesture of goodwill.The account would be set to cancel on 2/27/2018 to avoid further billing.We are waiting for Ms. [redacted]'s response to our proposal email. I have attached screenshots of Ms. [redacted]'s ad activity and campaign performance in the last 30 days.

We worked together with our customer on a mutually satisfactory resolution. We consider this matter now closed but please let us know if anything else is needed.

Our collections team is reaching out since we have not received a payment from this customer since December. The customer does owe for two months of advertising services rendered, but his agreement is cancelled so he will not accrue any further charges beyond the two payments that are past due.

this resolution is satisfactory to me. The business complied to releasing the agreement as they did not contact me since November did not complete services as agreeded but we have settled this. I hope their sales practice and customer service improves I hate to see small businesses like my self suffer.
