amicably.  I’ve read your desired resolution, and I’m willing to agree to these terms. With that said, I have scheduled your account to cancel on 10/20/2015 to alleviate any further billing to your account.  I have also waived your early termination fee, and I’ve notified our accounting team to cease all further pursuit of this account allowing us to part ways amicably.

I am rejecting this response because:I was only contacted by phone by this...

company twice. Yesterday was the first time and I was not in the office. The second time was today at noon during our lunch rush when I was cooking and not available. I have sent an email response today stating that I would like all communications to be in writing and not over the phone. I also stated that I would be in contact with them soon as today is Friday, our busiest day of the week, and I'm assuming they are closed on Saturdays.

Since this was a misunderstanding from their agent when offering me prodcuts the company has agreed to cancel the remaining term of contract and waive the buyout fee, as well as credit me half of my first month payment. I appreciate their willingness to resolve this matter.

We show that you have paid for March and April service, and that your May payment did not go through.  While you did sign a 12 month agreement, due to your dissatisfaction I have cancelled your account as of today. We're sorry that our advertising service didn't work for you, and wish you the best.

We're sorry to hear that our customer had a negative experience. We have reached out to him, and together came to an agreement to shorten his agreement from 12 to 3 months, and we are also working together to get his promotional video published.

We have reached out to the customer with a resolution offer and we are awaiting a response back.

The first thing out of the mouth of this representative of the business was that I had received over 1,000 "impressions" by this advertising service.  These "impressions" generate no business at all.  I told her I was interested in phone calls not "impressions". This is when I hung up on business.
Fundamentally, business is generated from this company by the redemption of coupons.  With no direction from the company on how to redeem coupons from a potential client, no new business can be expected.
I am still interested in a refund, please. I am embarrassed to be taken in by this fraudulent company.

was only willing to settle for 
3 months payment.  I am not happy with the service, they can keep the one month of July but have contacted my credit card company to dispute any additional charges.  
I will send the resolution letter once it arrives via email.

After the discussion we cancelled his account as of 5/3/2016, and we have authorized a refund for two months of service in the amount of $398 which is currently in process. We have also given him full access and rights to the...

promotional video that we built for him, free of charge. We're sorry that our advertising service didn't work for Mr [redacted].

We have spoke to this cusomter and have come to a resolution regarding this matter.

We had a very fruitful conversation with the customer today, and we've reached an amicable dispute resolution. We consider this now resolved, but please let us know if there's anything else that we can help with.

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID .[redacted], , and find that arbitration is necessary. Sincerely,[redacted] We at DataSphere have spent a significant amount of time and staff trying to resolve this account, with little to no participation from Mr [redacted]. We have also spent additional time researching and corresponding with Mr [redacted]'s attorney. For the sake of good customer service, we are willing to make one last good faith effort at resolving this account if it can be done in a timely and efficient manor.

For better understanding, the agreement that this customer signed allows for cancellation with written notice of termination at least three business days prior to the end of the 12 month agreement term. Since this customer was only one month into the agreement, this did not apply. Despite that, we...

have cancelled the customer's account per their request. We now consider this matter resolved.
