We have been working together with this customer over a series of calls including revamping his ads and moreCustomer asked us to continue the discussion next week, so we will reach out again after the Fourth of July holiday break.?

We reached out to the customer yesterday, and spent some dedicated time with her to get her account optimized for success, including giving her our website product, complementary included in her programWe also switched her over to a different program with more of a Facebook advertising focusWe
believe that our customer is now satisfied and this disputed is resolved.?

I am rejecting this response because. They are continuing to come after me for this $412.20. ...

I'm extremely tired of seeing their name in my inbox and this is feeling more like harassment than a resolved issue  Their claiming to not charge me to stop was obviously false.  I really want to see some of my $630 back and to never hear form them again about how they want money from me.

Our collections team is reaching out since we have not received a payment from this customer since DecemberThe customer does owe for two months of advertising services rendered, but his agreement is cancelled so he will not accrue any further charges beyond the two payments that are past due.? ?

I have responded to the customer and am awaiting a reply.?

We've worked together with the customer on a mutually satisfactory solution.? We now consider this matter closed, but please let us know if anything else is needed

I am rejecting this response because:
I stand true to the fact that the “data” Datasphere is providing is fraudulent and inaccurateI was lied to and mislead into a “service” and agreement that was and is not what was presented to me.? I want a complete refund and the contract obolved in writing to be satisfiedI have since only received an email stating they have cancelled the contract.?
