Apologies that we have been unable to connect, we have attempted to reach you multiple times. We have went ahead and cancelled your account as of 5/20. Your advertising and video have been taken down, and you will not see another charge to your account.

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution of a full refund of $398.00 and no further charges is satisfactory to me. I have saved their e-mail where they stated a full refund of $398.00 would be issued and cancellation would be effective as of 5/03/2016. They gave plenty of excuses in a voice mail regarding all of my complaints. They also explained why they "represented themselves" as a TV Channel in Houston, KHOU.Sincerely, [redacted]

With that said, I have scheduled your account to cancel on 10/30/15 to alleviate any further billing to your account. I have also waived your early termination fee, and I’ve notified our accounting team to cease all further pursuit of this account allowing us to part ways amicably.

She called me last week and we talked and it's pretty unprofessional to make the client feel the way I do. She kept saying so I guess you don't understand our business. Honestly I have nothing left to say to this company. If they need anything from us, they can contact my lawyer! It's sickening that they do business the way they do.

I left a voicemail for the customer and am awaiting a call back to resolve this complaint.

We worked together with this customer for a satisfactory account resolution. We now consider this matter closed, but please let us know if there's anything else that is needed.

We're sorry to hear that we did not meet our customer's expectations. A manager reached out today, but did not reach the customer and left a voicemail. We will send an email and also try again to reach her on Monday.

We worked together with this customer for a good resolution. He asked to downgrade his account to the version that doesn't include advertising. Per the customer request, his account was downgraded on 8/19/16, and he will not be subject to any further charges. Customer tells us that he plans to potentially resign up for our marketing program in March when his other advertising obligations are complete.

We reached out to the customer today but was unable to reach her. We sent an email and we'll try back again tomorrow. We're looking forward to speaking with her tomorrow so that we can resolve this issue.

The only reason we spoke is because my bank contacting Data Sphere because I am disputing the charges. Where I was yelled at and talked over. The only solution I will accept is a full Refund for all amounts paid. After researching more into your company it is obvious you have scammed numerous people into you false promise for advertisement. You are not forecoming and do not deliver what is promised. As I stated before no advertisement on my behalf has ever been promted by data sphere. I refuse to pay for a service that was never provided.

We have reached out to the customer, shortened the agreement to 6 months and worked with her to better understand the program and the tools available to her. We also encouraged her to make an appointment with one of our marketing consultants to help boost her results.  We believe that this issue is now resolved.
