I understand your frustration but that does not change the fact that you have the wrong business. Revdex.com should make a better effort to insure you are addressing the appropriate company. Do a Google search on DataSphere Technologies. There you will find a host of other disgruntled former customers and can address your complaint to the company located in Bellevue, WA not Battle Ground. Again, their website is datasphere.com, mine is datasphere.net

This customer has requested that we do not call him, and that all communication be through email-- which is a difficult way to resolve account issues. All of our customer support email communications go through our ticketing system, ZenDesk for tracking purposes. The customer's agreement has been terminated.

Despite multiple attempts, we have been unable to reach this customer. We have sent the customer a detailed email explaining our auto renew policy, which was also included in the agreement that he originally signed.  This account is now cancelled and there will be no further billing. We...

I will wait until 3/8/2018 to see if he check comes. This will be the 4th week. They said I will receive check within 3-4 weeks. No check to date, 3/5/2018.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: If there was a miscommunication there was on the rep who spoke with me. As for not directly driving traffic to my page l  that's is what a wanted and understood it too be. As I have mentioned even as far as getting exposure by having my buisness in rotation on the website. It has never shown!!"again they are not keeping in lone with that. I have received two or three emails lx however they are not real email addresses.  which so can provoke so again there is some thing not authentic about this. All my client I have received are directly from my own advertising  NOT DATASHPERE. They literally serve me no purpose. DataSphere continues to LIE.  The horrible and consistent Revdex.com and Yelp reviews speak for themselves.
Now, as of May 17, 2016, Susan C[redacted] is reneging her offer of a 6 month refund for stolen money.  She is also a LIAR, stating that DataSphere would be sending a check for $1,194  -- which is only 1/4 of what they owe us by the way.
1) I never signed any contract regarding an auto-renewing agreement.  My name was placed on the digital contract by DataSphere in the signature area on the
invoice...that I hadn't even seen until May 2016.  The only thing I agreed to was paying for 12 months upfront with [redacted] credit card.
 
I NEVER would have agreed to an auto-renewal policy.  I never knew about it because it was not disclosed by the sales rep.  Why is it not?  Because they don't want customers to know about it.   The only agreement I knew about and paid for
in full was a 12-month advertising agreement, which itself was a regrettable choice because DatSphere is a SCAM.  I was told there were ZERO other fees or costs.  LIES.  There are MANY (80-200) other complaints on Revdex.com
and YELP stating how others were tricked by this sneaky, non-disclosed auto-renewal policy, where they discover that DataSphere had been charging people's credit cards WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION.  The only thing DataSPhere is good at is charging people's credit card and then refusing a refund, which is the only right thing to do.  This company is stealing and lying to people and needs to be shut down.
 
- I HAVE NEVER received any phone calls or emails, and certainly most recently NOT on 1/24/16.  This is a LIE. I was IGNORED repeatedly regarding (as have many other customers) the followthrough with my request to see or change my ad, back in 2013.  Susan C[redacted] is LYING about DataSphere trying to contact me.  This is completely FALSE.  You can see other's complaints about being ignored on YELP and Revdex.com.
- In no way was I obligated to, nor did I ever feel a need to cancel with DataSphere when my business closed: not only had I been repeatedly ignored as a customer, and I had moved on with my employment, but I knew the agreement was ONLY for 12 months....AND.  I was told there are 'ZERO other costs or fees.'  DataSphere is made up of LYING employees. 
- I have accepted at least 3 times the offer of a 6 month refund, verbally and in emails.  At no point did I ever refuse this offer. Why would I say no to money that is owed to us?.  Susan C[redacted] is LYING.  6 months is simply not the full amount owed to us.   Susan C[redacted] is now reneging that offer.  I have PROOF that I accepted it.  I even confirmed that she sent the check out today, and no surprise there was no response.  This is only PARTIAL payback for their 'settlement.' DataSphere STOLE 22 months of money from [redacted]  We are owed $3383 from this lying cheating company.
Per Susan C[redacted]: 'Our account settlement offer still stands, and we are open to further negotiation.'  We are still owed $3383 from this lying, cheating company.

Redeeming a coupon and tracking redemptions is simple. Potential customers click the Claim Offer button and can email, text or print the coupon. They can redeem the coupon by contacting the business, and the localsaver page is complete with information on how to connect with the business. In the dashboard, you can see who has claimed a coupon and have a chance to reach out. That said, coupons are optional, and you do not need them to participate in the program fully. Mr. [redacted] agreement guaranteed 50 actions - actions are counted each time a potential customer shows interest in his business, and Mr. [redacted] averaged an outstanding 700 actions per month. Additionally, Mr. [redacted] received 11 leads which he had the opportunity to follow-up with. Although the guarantee has been met, we can offer a one-month goodwill refund to resolve this issue.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: that is untrue I have been contacting them repeatedly and reached no one they claim this #of 200+ contacts which is also untrue I have not heard from a single potential clients or customers in all of my time with datasphere. There have been no scheduled appointment to speak with me I have all the emails and communication back and forth to prove that this is a blatant misrepresentation of what they proposed to me and their response is ridiculous and untrue. I want all of my money credited back please not just a cancellation..Sincerely,[redacted]
