regret that the dishwasher and over-the-range microwave models ordered by Mr. [redacted] are currently on a companywide backorder with no replenishment date available. We hope that the delay for these specific products can be rectified in a timely manner, but due to shipping processes from the manufacturer we cannot provide a date that the units will be in-stock. The models are a special color of stainless and may be able to be subbed with a different brand of similar color. We ask that Mr. [redacted] continue to work with his local store for updates, sub models and price adjustments. We appreciate having the opportunity to answer the complaint. Sincerely, Z.A. ad or hhgregg documentation has listed the product as a self cleaning oven, I regret that we are unable to return or exchange the item that is several months past our 30 day return/exchange policy. After speaking with Warrantech, the service provider will be in contact with Mr. [redacted] to set up a service call date to install the part. washer. Warrantech authorized Mr. [redacted] a credit today 11/29/16 to reselect. Along with that he was also issued a reimbursement for laundry $25.00 and another $62.50 for customer satisfaction.
We ask that Mr. [redacted] please allow hhGregg 2/3 business days to process the credit. Once the credit is processed Mr. [redacted] will receive a call with an authorization number, after which he will be able to make his purchase.

have experienced. Unfortunately the issues that he is experiencing (warp door) is not covered under the extended warranty. Warrantech states they tried to reach out to Mr. [redacted] and was informed he was on the “do not call list” and ended the call. HhGregg did issue Mr. [redacted] a check in the amount of $371.00 for the cost of the service call.

We regret that we are unable to authorize replacements for products covered by Warrantech service plans. It is our understanding that if the service plan administrator determines that the refrigerator cannot be repair due to a covered defect during the coverage period, they may evaluate the service history for a possible replacement. Once the credit is processed Mr. [redacted] will be notified and provided with all the necessary information.
