has been contacted on the customer’s behalf and they advised that they have dispatched his information to the service center about the love seat. He should be contacted within 2 to 3 business days to schedule service. According to Warrantech the peeling of the sofa is considered a cosmetic issue which is not covered under the warranty.  However, we have emailed them regarding the reclining problem so that thet can dispatch the details of the issue to the service center to schedule service. service plan agreement, once a credit for replacement has been issued, the warranty is fulfilled in full. The credit is based upon the purchase price of the product, not current sales or promotions. While we try to accommodate all of our customer’s concerns and situations, our inventory and pricing are not static. We ask that Ms. [redacted] please use the credit at her nearest local store. We regret that we are unable to authorize an exchange or a refund. As indicated in our return policy, damaged products are not eligible for return. The refrigerator is still not working, and we have submitted another repair request through WarranTech the warranty company. Now before we can completely use the refrigerator we have to now wait until Wednesday the 22 of June for a technician to diagnose the problem again. I certainly don't accept hhgregg's standard response. The only response we will accept is a new refrigerator response.

We were unable to locate a record of the purchase with the information she provided.Given the length of time that has passed since the date she indicated the appliances were purchased, we are unable to authorize a return or an exchange. The return period is 30 days from the date of purchase.Most appliances come with a one-year parts and labor manufacturer’s warranty. please accept our apology for the poor delivery service she has received. We continually take steps to fix and improve the service of our company so that such an event will never happen again. On 1/7/17 the refrigerator connection kit was refunded under invoice [redacted]. We look forward to providing better service to Ms. [redacted] in her future transactions with hhgregg.
