Regards,
[redacted] This company is the worst !!   It is ironic that 2 months ago during the first service call the diagnosis was " added to much soap power " and after 3 NO SHOWS scheduled appointments,  HHgregg final diagnosis is misuse of the machine, Even though the machine have been inoperable since the first appointment. This company will do anything not to honor there warranty. They will never get my business every again and I going to make sure I tell this story on any media that allow me to do so.  I going to fail a compliant with the Attorney General Department. Thanks,[redacted]

I have been in contact with the manufacturer in regards to this so-called cancelled store credit.  Per Grant, in the Trades Division, at the manufacturer, the manufacturer has no documentation of ever having contact with HH Gregg, whatsoever, regarding authorizing a credit for the washer or the dryer.  I verified I was speaking with the correct department at the manufacturer who authorizes such credits and was assured he would have knowledge if such credit existed.  I can provide his telephone number if necessary.  It's sad as a consumer, we have to be caught in the middle of a "they said" "they said" situation. In addition, the manufacturer authorized the repair company to replace the computer board in our dryer.  Therefore, the manufacturer would have been well advised that the dryer had been fixed. Two days after the technician left our home, we received a phone call from HH Gregg.  We did not initiate contact with HH Gregg, they called us.  They wasted our valuable time to come to their store and pick out a new washer based on the information they provided us.  Again, we did not contact them.  The Sales Associate, making the comment to us while we were in the store, we could pick out a new television with our store credit if we wanted to.  The washer was physically sitting on the end of a delivery truck, 3 feet from our laundry room door, when it was discovered that the delivery team was to return a dryer to the store.  Again, why wouldn't someone have made sense of the situation before it got to this point, why would you be delivering a customer a washer and returning their dryer?  None of the above excuses the unprofessional attitude of the Store Manager, Joe, in Florence, who admitted to knowing I had been trying to contact either himself or [redacted] the Sales Representative, and deliberately not returning my phone calls.  Nor does it excuse the unprofessionalism he used during our most recent phone call.  Details of such, I would be happy to discuss with his superior.  As I explained to Joe, the Store Manager, my Husband and I have bought our last two big screen televisions from HH Gregg and our washer and dryer.  If they don't want to make right, what I consider an un excusable mistake, we will not be bringing our business back to HH Gregg and we will make sure to protect our friends and family from this happening to them.  As consumers, we visit our local businesses to purchase our appliances.  If we had the option to directly visit and purchase from manufacturing plants, of course, we would.  But, we don't have that option.  So, for HH Gregg to tuck their tail, apologize for being the middle-man and be okay with having the reputation of selling an appliance, regardless of manufacturer, that does not remove the deodorant from the underarms of our shirts and does not sanitarily clean our undergarments, is beyond our comprehension. Our washer is now out of manufacturer warranty.  We did purchase the extended warranty on both the washer and dryer.  If we have no other option, I guess will start down that road.
Regards,

I’m emailing you today in regards to a complaint filed by [redacted].  I have personally responded to Ms. [redacted] three other times regarding a credit  issued to her by our third party warranty company Warrantech Inc.  In the complaint Ms. [redacted] states she was not giving the full amount paid back.  Unfortunately hhGregg does not issue the credits, nor do we have the authorization to overwrite what Warrantech issues to the customer, as I explained to Ms. [redacted] on several occasions.   I apologize If Ms. [redacted] does not find the response satisfactory unfortunately there is nothing we can do at this point. I have spoken with [redacted]  and she has instructed me to contact you in seeing if this can be closed out. I can only direct Ms. [redacted] to warrantech, and unfortunately she will continue to not  find my  response satisfactory.   Any help would be appreciative !   Thank You, Whitney Customer Relations Department

Obviously HHGregg thinks that once they sell an extended warranty for a washing machine, they don't actually have to stand behind it.  That the most fraudulent thing I've ever heard.  It speaks volume on the type of company they inspire to be.  Bottom line is:  I bought an extended warranty for my washer and dryer through HHGregg.   My washer is not working.  I called them and they will NOT come fix it.   Their answer is:  Well, your extended warranty was insured through Warrantec so you deal with them.  I did not buy my warranty through Warrantec, I bought it through HHGregg.   Warrantec, will not even schedule a service call.  It's all a front for HHGregg.   HHGregg is giving me a runaround.  What kind of company does that?  How are they still in business?  Why haven't they been sued.  Judging from their message boards, I'm not alone.  This is a systematic approach with their extended warranty business.  I tried to solve this in a respectable manner since I thought this muust have been an oversight of some sort.  But I can see I'm not dealing with a reputable company.  I suppose I will have to take them to court.  Maybe a good class action suit will make HHGregg more accountable.  Regards,[redacted]

Yes an item was delivered, however, it was not the item that I ordered.  I ordered a 32 inch Smart TV.  The TV that I ordered is in fact a Smart TV with apps on the TV to access things like Netflix, for example.  The TV that was sent to me is not a Smart TV.  It is considered something else.  You can watch Netflix and things on it but only from a mobile device.  As this is for my 11 year old's room, he is not able to use what we intended him to use.  This TV didn't even come with a decent remote control because they assume you will control the TV with your mobile device.  I didn't send this item back because I don't trust this company to fix the problem.  We are currently the remote for my son in his room because we have to use our mobile phone. It is unacceptable that this company can't ever accept responsibility for the constant and repeated screw ups.

about her range repair. I apologize for any frustration Ms. [redacted] has experienced.   The warranty administrator Warrentech, issued a credit that was used by hhgregg to give Ms. [redacted] a store credit. The credit was used for delivering a new replacement range that was completed on 11/15/16 under invoice [redacted]. We ask that Ms. [redacted] call us if she has any questions or concerns about her new range.   We value our customers and appreciate the opportunity to answer the complaint.   Sincerely,     Z.A. regret that we are unable to offer an additional refund. As indicated in the Limit of Liability section of the Terms and conditions for the service plan, the total amount for which the service plan administrator is liable is equal to the purchase price of the product before sales tax. Since the refrigerator was serviced before the store credit or refund was authorized, the claims were deducted from the refund. If Mr. [redacted] has any questions about the coverage, Warrantech can be reached at (877) 456-9643.We appreciate having the opportunity to answer Mr. [redacted]’s complaint. Sincerely,Ryan M[redacted]Executive Desk

I find this response does not resolve anything and attempts to pass the buck. Here are my issues with this response.1. I purchased merchandise in HHGREGG Location2. I was helped by HHGREGG Staff for sale3. My purchase was through HHGregg Systems4. The sales person who helped me received commission on my sale (He was very happy with it and told me thank you.)5. My return was handled by HHGregg at the front counter through their computers.6. I was told that HHGregg return policy applied to my purchase.7. The local manager contacted me to apologize for "his staffs" rudeness and offered me a discount on a new computer to make up for my money lost. Had I not already purchased through a different company I would have accepted this resolution. It is because of these reasons that I reject this response. The computer was from HHGregg and it did not work. HHGregg refused to accept my return or give me my money back and retained the computer so I do not have money OR merchandise.  I feel like a victim of theft.I cannot contact anyone from Acceptance Now. I assume you are talking about the gentleman that refused my return but kept the merchandise. He is irate, rude, and I will not deal with that kind of abuse. As he is your employee and the store manager apologized for his behavior I should not be expected to deal with the abuse.I expect a full refund for this purchase from HHGregg. This is the only resolution acceptable to me at this point. If there is another "issue" that HHGregg has no control of within their store this is not of my concern. It is after all their store so I would hope that they are capable of having control.Kind Regards,[redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this response/resolution is satisfactory to me. The reason that the product is scheduled to be delivered is that I spent 2.5hours on the phone onDecember 3rd holding to reach someone. I spent another 30+minutes calling stores all over the country trying to get someone to answer. The store has yet to do anything for me as the consumer. It has been my doings only that have enabled us to get this far. I am to have my  product by 6:00 pm EST
