Given that no damage was reported before the television left the store premises, there is no way to verify how any damage may have occurred. In the interest of good customer relations, we can offer to cancel and refund the service plan in full as long as the coverage has not been used and he has not already received a refund for it. While the items have been picked up and returned to the store, I must express my continuing disappointment in the refund issuance.  Initially I was told 3 to 5 days.  On day 7 I called the customer service line and was then told it takes 7 to 10 days for the refund.  Now I am being told it can take 30 days.  This is ridiculous - we aren't talking about at $25 toaster.

[redacted]  The microwave issue has been resolved the refrigerator door has not, nor has the damage to the cabinet, I will forward pictures for the damage to the claims department. I cannot believe that they are not matching kitchenaid refrigerator doors everyday it was December when the damage was reported, I would just as well settle for a monetary amount and forget the matter. [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]On 4/6/18, we went to our local H H Gregg store at their request (by telephone on 4/5). We were asked to look over their display and find a comparable mattress. When the manager spoke with us, he suggested we look at the Tempurpedic, which we told him was completely out of our budget. He left to make a phone call. After a time, he returned to tell us that Serta was going to build another Prodigy Everfeel for us, which would take 2 to 3 weeks. Someone would be in touch. We were very satisfied, but asked for this in writing. He told us we'd get verification by email. We have not yet received any written verification, and are very reluctant to consider this verbal promise a permanent resolution due to past history.

I placed order on 11/23/2016, and yet they say they were out of stock? No, I believe they are guilty of bait and switch, or false advertising. I still find their response unacceptable. One purchase was cancelled and refunded without even contacting me. Second purchase has still not been handled. No where in their letter do they address why one was refunded one was not?? Or why they kept my money from the 23rd of November??
