Revdex.com:After reviewing the update provided by HH Gregg  I find the response from Mr. [redacted] unacceptable for the following reasons :1. His response implies no commitment to resolving the issue. In fact, his response is almost verbatim what I have been told already, not once but twice,  by store personnel.   Forwarding a request to finance that the no interest offer be extended has not produced results in the past - why will this time be any different?  Saying that you have forwarded a request is not the same as saying he has instructed or directed finance to apply the interest free promotion to the account. He does not even acknowledge that it should have been applied.   Does finance have the ability to deny his request and what if they do?2. He indicates that it will still take the company another two months to fix this issue - they have already had 4 months to fix this.  I requested it be resolved within 30 days from the date of my complaint.  Does he not have the authority to expedite this issue or consider it worth expediting given the length of time it has drug on.  Why can't this be resolved before my next statement is issued?3. Mr. Montgomery makes no mention of crediting the interest accrued to date.  Is he assuming that will happen?

I do not know if the tv stand was under warranty or not  The man at HH Gregg told me all items could only be returned after 30 days   The TV stand,  made of steel and glass,  simply collapsed causing the TV to crash on the floor    Fortunatly no one was in the...

room at the time   Pieces of glass went all over the living room  I was in the other room and heard a terrible crashing sound.   I was shocked when I rushed into the Living room and saw what had happened  I immediatly loaded up the TV and stand and took them back to HH Gregg.  HH Gregg recommended the TV stand to go with the TV I bought  It was NOT MY fault that the stand collapsed causing the TV to be demolished.  The manager at HH Gregg was not at all sympathetic to my cause.  He just said " Do You want to buy another TV "   What can I do ?

I regret that there has been some confusion regarding our responses. The TV, not the blu-ray, is incompatible with 3D technology. However, we are unable to process any refund for a purchase that was made over three years ago. During the first 30 days of the purchase, if notified, hhgregg could have exchange/returned the item. have experienced. Due to the issues Ms. [redacted] experienced with her dishwasher, Warrantech has authorized a credit for reselection. The credit information was transferred over our vendor relations department 12/12/16. Ms. [redacted] will be contacted and provided with her credit information within the next 3/5 business days.
Warrantech does offer food reimbursement up to $250.00. We ask that Ms. [redacted] contacts Warrantech the reimbursement.

As indicated in our return policy, the return period is 30 days from the date of purchase.According to our records, a delivery team visited Ms. [redacted]’ home to check the water line connection. If they were not able to resolve her issue, she will most likely need to schedule a service call. Most appliances come with a one-year parts and labor manufacturer’s warranty. The manufacturer should be able to assist her with scheduling a service call. Revdex.com:This is the first mention from anyone related to HH Gregg offering any kind of service repair. This is the first mention of Warrantech as well. Warrentech has not notified me to have anything repaired as I have never had a conversation with anyone except HH Gregg. HH Gregg continues to deflect from any responsibility of warranty repair to this unit.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
This is the thing. We woke up on July 3rd to a broken T.v.  We called your warranty company right away. They never sent a repair person out. We sent pictures and they said it was physical damage. Nobody physically damaged the t.v.  There are no broken pieces. Nobody even looked at it. I called the company and sent another video to them. They said it would get fixed but the repair man said it was not economical they should replace it. That they needed more notes and I should call back at the end of the week. Mind you that was week 3 with the T.v. getting worse and worse. I patiently waited, then when I called back they said sorry we were wrong it was physically damaged were not going to repair It!! I'm sorry but that is wrong! First the t.v. wasn't physically damaged and even if it was your salesman told us that it was covered we had a 45 min conversation about it!
