We regret that we are unable to honor his request. As indicated in our return policy, damaged products are not eligible for exchange or return. Given that our company did not deliver the television and no damage was reported before it was removed from the store premises, there is no way to verify how any damage may have occurred. Television service plans sold in our stores do not cover the repair of physical damage. If Mr. [redacted] has not yet requested a cancellation of the coverage, he can submit the attached form for further assistance. As long as the coverage has not already been canceled, used or refunded, the plan should be eligible for a prorated refund. It's September 20, and I still don't have a washer. I had to go to the laundry mat Friday so that my kids would have clean clothes.  I know how long my warranty is good for, but if nobody can come out to fix the issue, what good is it?

We have received your letter regarding [redacted]’s concern about her purchase.
We apologize for any inconvenience and frustration Ms. [redacted] experienced. Unfortunately as previously stated Ms. [redacted] would need to contact Samsung in regards to the Blu Ray player at this time. There is no further information to add to our original responses. Due to the time frame the unit has been under her possession, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange.
