local store, the return of the TV has been denied. Our local store’s General Management reviewed the damage and it was determined that the damage was caused after purchase. The condition of the unit’s carton, the damage placement and length of time is factored when reviewing damage returns. Due to the ambiguity of the TV installation and the previously listed factors, I regret that per our return policy, we are unable to return a TV that is damaged. I have provided proof that I have never received a refund for this purchase.  The original purchase was made on 6/30/15 thru Paypal using my Discover Card.  I have provided a history from June 2015-todays date (2/10/16) for my Paypal account and my Discover Card account.  My Paypal account shows one purchase on 6/30/15 for $267.45.  My Discover Card account shows the original purchase on 6/30/15 for $267.45, a temporary credit on 7/13/15 which was charged back on 6/30/15 when I cancelled the dispute after I received the paper check in the mail from H.H. Gregg.  After depositing the paper refund check from H.H. Gregg it was later taken from my bank account because H.H. Gregg had put a stop payment on the check and I was also charged $30.00.  I have also included the documentation showing it was taken out of my bank account along with the $30.00 fee.

This solved nothing. The store lost my power cord and sent the receiver to the wrong location. The store is aware it's not warrentech s problem. I am asking store for a full refund and replacement of new Bose system. I have been waiting for Hhgregg to to find a cord because electrosound can't check system without cord.I have been put off for several months and doing all the calling for a resolution.5 managers have been involved and nothing solved.actually the store manager has done zero and has never been of help but to put other people on this project

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have contacted HHGregg through multiple avenues and no one has taken the time to review the situation.  I have pictures of the TV where it's apparent that the crack is not visible but no one has cared to review them.  If you are going to have a policy to check TV before is leaves the store it should include a process to plug in the TV and 100% prove that it's ok.  The manager's attitude and HHGregg's response to the situation is unacceptable. To insult me by offering a $100 credit towards another TV via your twitter group is absolute nonsense! Proves to me that sub-par customer service is a core value of the company which is demonstrated from the top down.

[redacted] HH Greggs response is exactly what I would have expected! This is the same type of extremely poor customer service that I have encountered throughout this whole process. This T.V. Has literally been worked on 6 times. And according to the executive of HH Gregg it will have to be worked on 2more times for the exact same thing before being deemed a lemon!!!! You have got to be kidding! Why could you have not just had a happy customer in the first place and gave my purchase price back the first time the T.V. Broke? Like Best Buy ,Sam's club and others do?How would you like to approach your boss on 6 different occasions to ask for time off so that you can go home to meet the T.V. Repairman at your home?  In my field of work I'm asked by people at least twice a week where they should go to purchase appliances. Guess what my response is!

warranty company Warrantech and the manufacturer LG, the repair has been complete. On 12/30/16 a technician on behalf of LG ordered an inlet valve assembly and proceeded to install the part on 1/3/17. In regards to reimbursement I regret that we are unable to provide any monetary compensation to a closed order of this age. We appreciate having the opportunity to answer the complaint.
