[redacted]   I able not satisfied because in the store there is no sign saying you do not accept damage goods already purchase from hhgregg store or anything about an open box tv and the only sign you have is a 30 day return policy and nothing on protection warranty saying thing like you do not cover that or employee saying that before you purchase a product so that response is very unacceptable since I have the burden of finishing paying for a product that you could not guarantee secure before it left the store because Sarah wrap does not cushion a tv glass screen and this was before it left your by the way!!!

FSubject: Re: You have a new message from the Revdex.com of Central Indiana complaint #[redacted].  I do not accept what HHgregg response was, due to the fact when I purchase this TV from them, I never received any email regarding that the item was sold out, unavailable etc., and I received  seven email and all were pertaining summary of order, and about confirming all information for delivery and time TV would be at my home!!!  I feel the problem occur once they realizes that there was a error in the advertisement  (which did occur, for was told by on of HHgregg employee, will give name upon request), but was told since I purchase it at that price would have to give it to me due to the fact it was there error.  But it seem they are getting around there error another way, for not one person from HHgregg company has honor there word or treated me with respect from this company.  For all I received was rude comments,  and domineering comments from the CEO Office at that point!   It seem HHgregg has done this type of thing to many customer, which is truly what I do not understand why is this company able to get away with this type of matter dealing with the customer.   I feel I should received a TV as I was told I would by HHgregg employee and the price of the TV should not matter at this time for when I purchase the TV, the order was compelete, I received two email that day regarding summary of order, thank you for your purchase.   So since this company made so many error which have nothing to do with my hands!!!!  I purchase I TV, and I NEVER RECEVIED ANY EMAIL STATING SOLD OUT, UNAVAILABLE!!!!     So I hope that the Revdex.com will stand by me to received a LG 65" 4k TV as I purchase and never received.   Thank you very much for taking the time to read my email.[redacted]

[redacted]  I WAS NOT CONTACTED BY THIS STORE, I HAD TO CONTACT THEM MULTIPLE TIMES FOR THE ISSUE. MY CHECK WAS SUPPOSE TO GO OUT ONCE IT NEVER WAS UNTIL I RECALLED A WEEK LATER AFTER NOT RECEIVING IT. THE STORE NOT ONCE CALLED ME DIRECTLY I MADE ALL THE ATTEMPTS AT CONTACTING THEM WITH THE ISSUE OF MY FURNITURE NOT BEING ON THE TRUCK, THEN SET UP FOR DELIVERY AND A REFUND CHECK AND WAS TOLD IT WAS RESCHEDULED AND THE CHECK WENT OUT. A WEEK LATER ON THE DUE DATE OF MY FURNITURE I CALLED THE STORE AGAIN AND IT WAS NOT RESCHEDULED TO BE DELIVERED AND THE CHECK WAS NOT SENT OUT! THIS STORE IS LYING ABOUT CONTACTING ME. MY TABLE THEN WAS RESCHEDULED AND ON THE DAY IT WAS SUPPOSE TO ARRIVE I RECEIVED A CALL IT HAD NEVER ARRIVED TO THERE WAREHOUSE! WHY WAS I SOLD AN ITEM THAT WAS NOT IN STOCK AND I HAD TO WAIT 3 WEEKS FOR! ALSO STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY $2600 REFUND CHECK FOR FURNITURE! THIS RESPONSE IS NOT A GOOD RESOLUTION FOR THE AMOUNT OF MONEY I SPENT IN THAT STORE AND THE NUMEROUS TIMES I HAD TO CALL AND HAD NO RESOLUTION WITH. I WANT STORE CREDIT, I WANT MY REFUND CHECK AND I WANT TO KNOW WHY I PURCHASED AN ITEM THAT WAS NEVER IN STOCK TO BEGIN WITH!

I was charged $90.00 the last time someone came to my house and told me it was the design and it can't be fixed. Why should I let some one come to my house and tell me the same thing again and charge me for what I already know. I was disrespected by the last service company that came here and I don't want to take myself thru that again. Plus I didn't buy a refrigerator that requires me to clean the ice bucket twice a month because of frost build up because the ice bucket is on the door. Look at my warranty record Samsung fixed it or had 4 complaints from me and HH Gregg have had four and I really believe that if there was a solution for this problem it would have been taken care of by now. So to summarized all of this I want a different refrigerator because I don't want to spend the rest of my ownership year dealing with what I have experienced these last 2 years.
