I've called times to get a refund after my credit card was charged $for a vacation opportunityI never hear back from them
A fast talking sales person pressured me into providing my credit card to reserve a vacation opportunityMy card was charged $Feeling I was being scammed, I called back the following week requesting a refundI was told that they would help, they just needed to see my credit card statement with the chargeI sent the statement to the customer service agent and didn't her backI called a 2nd time (different agent) she asked me to do the same thing, send in a statement showing the chargeAgain didn't hear backI called a 3rd time and talked to a 3rd customer service agent and was told the same thing, send her a statement and she would get right back to meOnce again weeks went by and I didn't hear from them
Clearer they are just trying to frustrate me so I will go away Funny thing is they keep telling me when I call they don't have a record

Received a call saying I'm a finalist for some prize I signed up for and all finalists are being offered a day/night stay at one of BlueGreen Resorts I informed them I would have to discuss with my husband and they kept offering more and more and more As great as that all is, financial decisions and trips are discussed and agreed upon between both of us They did not like that answer and kept repeating the GREAT offer we would be getting After minutes of this, and being escalated to a couple managers, I was hung up on

After falling for Bluegreen's "trusting" sales pitch in 2006, we have been in a constant state of disappointmentWe endured 3+ hours of salespeople "convincing" us that purchasing the timeshare would be more beneficial for our family than anything else and that we were "investing" in our futureThey assured us the timeshare could be something we passed along to our children, for when we are gone, so that they could continue to invest in their family, etc., etc
The salespeople painted a beautiful picture for us, and we fell for it head first
When we began trying to book vacations, though, we were faced with nothing but difficultyThe resorts we wanted to book were never available - most required 9,points or more, and we did not have that much
Why would the Bluegreen representatives even ALLOW us to purchase that amount of points if they KNEW we were not going to be able to get into any resorts with them??
We have "invested" an estimated $24,on this timeshare, over a course of ten years, and have NOTHING to show from it
We have only been able to take three vacations through Bluegreen, and none of them were acquired easily or conveniently which is how the picture was painted to us back in
Maintenance fees increase every year, which we don't recall being informed about, and it has just gotten ridiculous
We highly recommend running the other direction if approached by someone offering free tickets or a free vacation because all that will happen is you will be pressured into buying something that does not actually work like how it is paintedThis is a HUGE scam!

We had someone in bass pro approach us offering this AMAZING VACATION that we could not miss out onAfter my fiance running to walmart because he is very safe not to use his credit card with things like likeMyself and my baby waiting in bass pro for an hour restlessly after he returnedtoo wait another hour to get all the paper work doneWe used our christmas money that we had gotten to pay for this! When we called to book the reservation they said that our income did not meet the maxThe sale person NEVER stated that we had to meet maximum incomeThe sale person then took our money and said that he would be sending us an email We were not looking to by a time shareThe sales man told us we just had to set threw this and listen to the speechAfter calling to book the reservation they then told us they could not refund us our full because the gift card they gave us for giving them the for the vacation was already used in the storeYES! We live hours away we do not have the gas or money to drive back just to use a gift card The only reasoning of use being in that location in the 1st place was we were meeting our family we see once a year for christmasThat christmas money we recieved we used on this because we have not been able to go anywhere or do anything nice since having our childThey got us happy and excited only to rip us off! That money will not being taking us and our new baby on our family vacationIt will not be going toward our daughter at all because they refuse to refund us our full I knew it was too go to be true!! SCAMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you think it is to good to be true ...LISTEN TO YOUR GUT! These people are only out for YOUR MONEY and to SELL THEIR TIME SHARES!!!!!!

Bluegreen employee purposely lied about purchasing point back due to the fact that the customer did not want to own bluegreen share any longer
When I originally was approached about bluegreen it was at the *** ***'s restaurant on Kings Hwy in *** BeachI expressed to the presenter that I was not interested but instead and that I did not meet any of the mandatory requirements to own sharesI was coached by the presenter which I later felt pressured to say certain things such as being married when I was not and being the age limit which was which I was also not at the timeAt the time of purchase my sale rep would say certain things such as I have to be careful what I say around certain cameras and continued to pressure/ push the timeshare on me(Jan2015) I met with a gentlemen at the harbor light resort around March which I expressed that I did not like the bluegreen and wanted to know how I could get rid of itHe in return stated that he could purchase the

Bluegreen's sales agent overcame our objections to an upgrade with falsehoods and half-truths
We have tried contacting Bluegreen about our latest purchase with them, but they have not respondedWe had a paid-off contract with them when we were convinced by their sales representatives that it would be a new purchase would be a sound investment While we still were holding out she spoke about how desirable Savannah is and how the investment would accrue value over time We were extremely reluctant, but she was relentless in her pursuit of the sale Her next tact was to tell us that we could refinance the loan with our personal bank to lower the interest rate and thereby the payments I don't know her background in federal income taxes, but she also told us that we could deduct the interest off of our taxes Of course, we learned too late that her statements were specious, and we had been duped In addition to the above-mentioned duplicity, we have encountered financial difficult

After having taken my time to write out a letter of complaint to Bluegreen Vacations, we were reached out to by a "representative" in the Customer Care Management department - this happened around the first week of this month (June)The representative's response was NOT helpful and did not address ANY of the issues we brought up in our letter
This only further proves to us that Bluegreen Vacations does not care about its owners/customers or that they are being lied to and misled regarding the "product" and "opportunities" they are selling
I have not heard ANY WORD back from the last email I sent back on June 4th, and we can not believe the lack of professionalism being shown from this company that supposedly cares so much about the well-being of people and their ability to have more opportunities to spend time with their loved ones
We have only come to find that everything they "sell" is a completeLIE
I would never recommend this company to anyoneIn fact, I would tell them to RUN THE OTHER WAY AND GO AS FAST AS POSSIBLE
Do not fall for their "free" or discounted vacation offers - it will only lead you to suffering through a long, high-pressure sales "presentation" that will most likely lead you to make the same mistake we did - buying something that never delivers what was promised

I booked a vacation package, called week prior to the confirm the date and was told the dates I booked weren't available and no dates were booked

On 12/28/16, I called to inquire of details regarding my vacation package on Jan 1-4th and was told that these dates were not available and that no vacation package had been booked for me at this time I stated that this is not true and was told my vacation had been booked in Septembe

As consumers, we have the right to dispute a service that we are unhappy about, yet Bluegreen has only made us feel we do not have the right, and there is nothing they can or will do to right the situation
How our complaints have been handled - which has been going on for MONTHS now - only proves further why we do not want anything more to do with Bluegreen

This company is a mockery, and we are ashamed that we believed the "dream" they were so "convincingly" selling

Bluegreen is not as truthful as they would like to think they are - they are very good salesmen who are just looking for their money, not caring about what that "investment" later does to the people they suck in

Bluegreen sure seems friendly, and talks a good talk, but they are very sneaky They tried over and over and over again to try to sell us on their package First it started that it would be about $down, and $800+ a month for years, which I quickly shot down, as that's more than I pay for rent a monthThen they kept dropping the price, about times, until I finally convinced them, I have plans to buy a house in the near future and a kid on the way, so it wasn't something I was interested in Every time I inquired about how many points you get and how many it costs to book a place, they just kept telling me they'd show me eventually They finally suckered me into the "Sampler Package" which cost roughly $totalAnd with that $I am going to get maybe nights at a decent resort nearby That's $400/night, which is ridiculous To make matters even worse it was supposed to be a hour speel, but ended up taking almost hours, because they literally will not take no for an answer I will NEVER do business with Bluegreen again, and have never dealt with a shadier company They try to sweet talk you and pretend they are your friends Well that's not true, cause my friends would respect that I have other priorities (such as purchasing a house) over purchasing an overpriced vacation package

Bluegreen Resort Corporation, you continue to slap my wife and I in the faceWe just received a phone call from your Customer Care team, this time the individual identified himself as a manager but in the many conversations with your Customer Care, I have asked for a manager to be told that there is not onePer the voice mail, the person said "Nothing can be done because nothing appeared to be wrong with your contract"I guess that includes that you find nothing wrong with lying or misleading your Bluegreen Owners during upgrades just to make a dollarYou don't find it wrong to lie and guarantee to help your Bluegreen Owners lower their maintenance fees but actually cause their maintenance fee to more than double Or maybe your definition of Nothing includes having your Bluegreen Owners trusting and believing that your company has their best interest at heart when in actuality you view the Owners as financial opportunities and will use "A By Any Means Necessary Approach" to get them to sign documents Our only purpose of speaking to your Sales Rep was after he stated that he could upgrade our contract by combining our two Bluegreen properties into one and to lower our maintenance fees which we now understand was a lie because we still have two properties and our maintenance fees have more than doubled It appears that no one from Bluegreen Resorts seems to think that there is nothing wrong with my family not getting our contract to review until Jan and noticing that there was documents missing as well as a previous not reviewed Purchase Proposal with noticeable alterations on it, when we actually signed the documents in Oct but dated for Sept based on conversation with your Sales Rep I have the date that your sales rep FaceTimed me on my IPAD proving the fact that he called and lied to me You can track the date the FEDEX was delivered and returned by me You can even track via FEDEX when the contract was delivered in January but no one can tell me the date the original contract was supposed to have be mailed in October At this point, leaves my wife and I to the conclusion that the contract was never sent, that this was done purposely and because if we couldn't review it within five days, it automatically became a valid and enforceable contract that we can't revoke and that's why we are having such a problem nowBut I understand for Bluegreen Resorts to admit that you know that my wife and I was misled and the sales rep misrepresented your company would be too much for your company to swallow The voice mail went on the say that Customer Care would help me understand what I signed and clarify my misunderstandings At this point, this would not have been necessary if the sales rep hadn't lied to us We owned two Bluegreen properties, both properties were supposed to be equity traded but only one was doneThe traded property was less that $from being paid completely off and the other we owed less that $8, My wife and I signed documents to trade both properties but when I get my copy back, we were told that we never signed documents like that and because it was now January, it was too late to void the contractI can't get past the fact that this sales rep promised to lower the maintenance fees, that was the only reason we talked Your sales rep said that he could combine the properties into one payment, lower the maintenance fees and also give us the SILVER VIP package but it's now obvious that we as year Bluegreen Owners were wrong to believe a Bluegreen employeeWe understand now that no one is going to take responsibility for you sales rep's lies and that he purposely misled your clients in order to make a sale But yet you call me a say in your voicemail that you will help me to understand what I signed and clarify my misunderstanding, isn't that the crime I committed when I talked to your Sales Rep, was it not his job to help me understand without lying what I was signing and wasn't his responsibility as a Bluegreen representative to clarify my misunderstanding without feeding me a bunch of misrepresented liesSo I do thank you for the voice mail message because it actually stated more than what any Customer Care person have statedTo admit that I have misunderstandings, implied that the Bluegreen contract was misrepresented by the Sales Rep and his Branch Manager who approved of his sales tactics Well BLUEGREEN, I will be forward this information to my attorney and the Revdex.com in Florida and South CarolinaAt this point, my wife and I are determined not be abused by your corporation and by forced to pay for a product that was misrepresented by your employeeIn spite of trying to come to an agreeable solution by amending the contract or voiding the contract with Bluegreen, the many perceived conversations with Customer Care was in fact just an attempt to make me believe that you cared about your Owners The voice mail was only a confirmation

I found a company that would help me liquidate Bluegreen and in Dec of it happened I forgot about the pt I had on the booksI paid my owner fees for ($1400.00)i think I should be reinbursed for my last year fees So I called the BlueGreen office and inquired about my ptThey told me in a very rude voice I should have done some thinking about this before I took actionI am no longer in the system so no one will talk to me

Asked to return the timeshare without any compensation and they do not want to take their own product because is a scam

Just wanted to share a positive experience with BG
I haven't opened a timeshare yet with BG but would wanted to share my experience prior
I had taken the initial package in July this year and had planned for a trip to vegas from 27th to 30th December As per their rules, you will be levied cancellation charges if you confirm the booking and then drop out within weeks of your arrival date
Due to my wife's ill health, I had to drop out of this (just a week from the proposed travel) They agreed to waive off mine as a special case given my specific circumstance Definitely shows a good gesture from their side and will for sure make me to continue doing business with them Thanks Jessica for your empathy

I was told that I would recieve a free cruse, no black out dates.when I tried to book, nothing available this yearPresentation went hours over
