I have attache *** ***s contract that shows he year warranty for labor and materialsThe year warranty for materials only is covered by the manufactureThis warranty was approved by the manufacture but she still has to pay for the labor cost to fixWe are able to
discount the cost of labor by additional $off the $so final cost would be $

Deck Helmet did come out and complete the job on 6/6. However, there were several issues on our punch list that have not been completed, so we are still waiting for them to come back and complete the job. They were responsive to the first notification from the Revdex.com and worked hard to get us onto the schedule, and showed up when promised, however, we would like the job completed to our satisfaction soon

I am rejecting this response because I've been offering site check whenever I've contacted Deck helmet supervisor, manager and CEO for several months ago. If you could, I would recommend you go back and check with your customer service document/record. I will make time for your site check this coming Wednesday (10/21/15). Please let me know what time you are going to arrive. My phone# ***. As I've always mentioned, it's way to late for trying to complete what was left off or cut corner from your contract. Thank you

Warranty was submitted days ago we approved today
