I am rejecting this response because: as I noted in my previous claim, FedEx is claiming that Adidas did not provide supporting documentsI would like confirmation that this has been doneFurthermore, if it has been done and it was just some mistake one FedEx's end, I want to be able to work with FedEx directly to resolve this issue which will require Adidas to relinquish their rights to the claimIt's outrageous that such a huge company as Adidas do not care about customer relations like thisI have never filed any claim such as this with Adidas nor any other company, so it feels incredibly offensive that Adidas is not looking into this furtherYou have all the resources for this and for you to deny me my refund because FedEx has made a mistake (who I did not choose because Adidas has a contract with them) and cannot provide supporting evidence that the package was delivered to the right address (when there was NO notice at my door indicating that the driver even attempted to deliver to me directly), is just a blatant disrespect to your customers as a wholeI need a better answer from a multi-billion dollar company than just that FedEx claimed that it was delivered correctly and you cannot do anything.

I am rejecting this response because:I have already been provided this information on the phone; Two days ago!Which obviously took Adidas far too long to tell me! This is an issue in itselfI have not received my purchase nor have I been provided or offered a replacement or refundThis generic response is proof of the ongoing problems Adidas customer base is receivingI've invested a large amount of money into the Adidas company and yet I feel as there if is no reasoning with their customer service repsOf course I was deniedIt's much easier to deny your customers of exemplary service and a replacement or refund than it is to reward your customer with appreciation, trust and compassionI didn't make a complaint for a refund I knew I wasn't going to getI made complaint to show the response and reaction Adidas gives their customersI'll be surprised when I see the money from the aforementioned March shipment refund roll into my bankPigs might even start flying too! Until then, I'll invest in NikeThanks.
