The customer did talk to [redacted] that night who did verify she put in a credit for 50% off her next order.? I did verify this in the system.? ? ? I did mis speak when I talked to the customer; I said it was a credit card payment, she informed me it was cash.? I apologize, it was cash.? The customer did not pay for the order she never received; she agreed to the 50% off her next order.? ?

On 01/03/18, my food arrived more than and hour after I ordered it, despite me living only minutes from the storeThe online tracker said that the food was taken out of the oven at 6:00pm, but didn't leave the store for more than minutes after thatNot only was the food cold, but part of my order was also missingI called the store and they told me that the driver was on his way back with the rest of my orderI waited an hour, the driver still had not returnedI called the store again and was hung up on after stating the reason for my callI am very upset with this whole ordealThe store basically ruined my families pizza night and stole mloney from me by not delivering the food that was paid for

I was able to talk to the customer. Apologized and advised the customer a refund check would be sent for the amount of $10.98, which is the amount of the order. Also, GC has been requested for a medium topping pizza. I did verify the customer got the $from the driver and the
driver never came back with the additional $7.02. Customer said ok. Thanked me for calling her and agreed this was ok

I paid for product that I never received I have tried times to receive a refund and have not been given my money back
On May 10, 2018, I ordered, through the Dominos App, a large pizza, breadsticks, and liter drink I paid through the app for the breadsticks and drink ($9.61) The pizza was supposed to be free because I had earned a loyal customer reward When I went to pick up my order, they did not have my pizza Rather than waiting for them to start the order over, I left without any product or without a refund I reached out to the store additional times, to no avail I contacted the corporate office, of which I learned this was a franchise store, and they could not help me I was contacted by the General Manager apologizing (appreciated) and instead of refunding my money, offered to give me a store credit for the same order of which I never received In essence, they offered for me to use my money to pay for a store credit I declined the offer and never heard f

I am rejecting this response because:The reason the business stated was inaccurateThe roads were fine and no notice of not delivering was ever givenThey did not deliver because their coupon was for "take out" even though the coupon did not state that

Yes, We refused to deliver because of a winter storm warning and we weren’t taking delivery orders at that timeWe would’ve honored it if we were delivering at the time***

I never received a call from the customer, nor can I find any documentation of where the customer called in to corporate about a concern. The payment was reversed that same night and the pending charge has fallen off the customer's account. The customer was given a discount off a future
order. I have called the customer and apologized.

We have looked into this matter, discussed the incident with the person in question. The manager does not remember talking to this individual or responding to any customers in such a manner described by *** ***She/he are adamant that they would never treat a customer in a negative way or deny service without a valid reason which would be given to the customer According to our caller I.D logs, *** ***’ number appears twice with the first time at 11:pm, the call did not get pass the recordingThe second call was received at 11:and only lasted secondsAs stated, we are open till 120:00pm but we close our lobby at 10:pm and continue to take carry out orders thru our drive thru windowFor the past fifteen years, we have had a standing procedure to stop taking call-ins for deliveries thirty minutes before closing, which allows our drives to be back within a reasonable time after closingWe do continue to delivery online orders until we stop receiving themWe train our staff to take customer issues serious and to resolve themIf our managers cannot solve them when they occur, they will either give the customer my phone number to take their issue to the next level or an email address to forward their complaint to which would be handled by me. *** * ***
