I stayed at Camelback Lodge & Aquatopia indoor waterpark for the 4th of July weekend and had a great time until I went back to my room to get some rest and was attacked by bedbugs The night staff moved me to another room which I felt was very accommodating however the daytime manager completely denied the bugs existed totally disregarding my bites and photo evidence This place is great to spend the day at however I do NOT recommend staying the night unless you don't mind the risk of bringing bedbugs back home I have been itching and worrying since I've gotten backI had an expert in pest control look at my photos and confirm what they denied to be evidence of bedbugs I feel bad for however else rents the room I had

I am rejecting this response because: contract specifically states Deming Design guarantees plans will pass plan check This would need to be accomplished prior to pre-engineering Plan check approval has not been accomplished to proceed; therefore, requesting refund to get plan check approval through a different source than Deming Design

I booked an one night stay at the resort on Oct 25th because I received an advertisement claiming a $packageMy reservation was within those selected dates and before the promotion expiresBut when I booked the stay, it charged me $When I called back to question on 11/10/2017, I was told that rate was not available at the time of bookingThere wasnt any notification of this unavailability on the online reservation website when I bookedThe cancellation costs me $I was told this charge could not be remittedI consider the advertisement is misleading and the refund policy with the $charge due to their overlook is absurd

Additional comments from customer: In September I ordered a dominos sandwich and cinnamon twists , the driver finally gets to my house he tells me he doesnt have change to give me the rest of my money and he will be back I said okayI called the business every time they kept telling me he was on his way lying on the phone and beingg rude At the end of the night its am he never showed back upI spoke too a person who handles these kind of issues with all the dominos stores named ***She said she would refund my money and send me a gift card to resolve the issue weeks go by I still have yet to recieve anythingThis driver and business basically took my money They are unprofessional and the reason why im not ordering anything else online or eating dominos ever again ! They need to be shut down

After reviewing the account, I do see that the customer called in to report that the garbage was left on two separate occasions per the customers contact to our officeIn response to the customers complaint, we issued a credit for week of service or $15.20. Upon closing the account, we
credited the open balance of $I believe this was what the customer was hoping to have as the end resultIf you need anything else, please feel free to reach out to me

I use Keune hair color that has a brown base but I can prove it does not have a red or orange base Spots that she sees or reddish tones are from old color she did a long time ago She paid $for her color she purchased $in products and tipped me $I have pictures to show what
I did and she stood and posed for them there are no spots and I even re-colored it for her again to make sure she felt happy with it After I colored her hair the first time she violently scrubbed her face so hard because she was going to see her boyfriend that night that I said you need to be careful don't scrub so hard you're going to hurt your skin and she said I would scrub my face off to get any color off of my skin because I don't want him to see any color marks on my skin Those were not collar bones or chemical burns she scratched her face until it was raw------ Mercedes

I have called and spoke to the customer and apologized profusely. The calls were pulled and are currently being reviewed. I asked the customer if I can put a credit for her in the system. Ms*** agreed to the credit. For any future issues, I gave her our MBR customer

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.To: Revdex.comFrom: *** ***Dear Revdex.com:I reject the response to my complaint ID *** by Shamus Detective AgencyOver the phone in my initial conversations and in my in-person consultation with Richard M*** of Shamus, I clearly explained that I believed someone was using electronic surveillance equipment to monitor my activity inside my home condo residenceRichard assured me that he had the necessary experience and equipment to detect any surveillance equipment being used to monitor my condo - short of military grade equipment.Two business days after signing the attached contract and making full $payment, Richard contacted me to let me know they found no surveillance equipment being used to monitor my condo and their work was concludedI asked where he checked and he said they checked all overI asked what equipment they used and he only replied in an agitated manner that they only use what they have and that there is no equipment that could detect cameras on my residence and that there could be numerous other unrelated cameras that would be detected(Richard in a subsequent conversation said he could obtain camera detection equipment for $+ his hourly charge of $to continue searching.) Additionally, Richard said he suspected surveillance was being conducted in the area of my condo building and suggested I further our arrangement for him to look into these suspicious vehicles/persons looking for possibly stalkers, etc., but he could provide NO SPECIFIC DETAILS OR DESCRIPTION of these vehicles/persons and only said he knows what “they” look like????I need a clear explanation as to SPECIFICALLY:1. Who specifically worked my case?2. What specific dates and times did this person work my case?3. What specific equipment, if any, was used in their search for camera surveillance equipment?4. What specific long range surveillance detection training this person has undergone?5. What specific areas/locations were investigated by this person in their search?6. What specific evidence did they collect (or not collect) to conclude that there is no camera or eavesdropping surveillance equipment being used on my condo residence?7. A full hourly accounting itemized to justify the cost/use of $1600.00I have received NO SPECIFIC OR SUBSTANTIVE information to date from Richard M*** regarding the presence or absence of surveillance camera or eavesdropping equipment used against meI have only heard his take on the short novel he wrote about my personal interactions with others which is largely inaccurate and completely missing the point of why I hired him -- to detect electronic equipmentOn a side note, I clearly and similarly explained my needs to other detective agencies who were upfront in telling me they were unable to assistIf Richard, as it seems to me, is unqualified or unable to assist BASED ON MY CONCERNS REGARDING THE USE OF ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT (as opposed to his focus on personal matters) then as a professional he should have declined this case so as to not waste my time or moneyThis is the basis for my complaint and demand for a refund of $1600.00.Sincerely,*** ***
