I have been working with Ms***. she was advised that since the order was and the driver gave her $change then she would be getting a refund check in the amount of $18.00. Since she wants a refund for the order; she was advised she would not be getting both--a refund OR a gift certificate. I am checking on the status of the refund check at this time

Please note that in regard to this complaint a specific start or completion date was NEVER given, nor was any kind of work order or contract signed or agreed uponWhen I provided the estimate the customer was informed that the MINIMUM wait
would be to weeks, that was not a guarantee and it could possibly be longer than that
I did acknowledge the customers text message that the work would have to be done after labor day, but again no specific time was provided
With regard to the text message which was supposedly sent by the customer on August 31st, I never responded to it because I never received itThis is a fact which I informed the customer of when I received notice that a complaint was being filed
Based on the unreasonableness and unprofessional way in which this has been handled by the prospective customer my company will not be pursuing a client relationship with this individualI hope they are able to find someone with a more flexible schedule that can fill their needs satisfactorily

MST can claim a fact that they didn't receive a text, but I have the text message on my phone showing that it was sent, as part of a thread of messages I exchanged with MST; MST denies receiving it but I have it in the thread
It is true that no specific date was set, but based on the timeline noted in my complaint,the responsibility to communicate on when the work would be scheduled lies with the businessThe company said they were scheduling 6-weeks outIf the work was to be delayed they should have communicated that to me, without my having to chase themThe amount of time MST had was sufficient that they could have communicated with me, and they failed to do soThe fact remains that MST agreed to do a job and then failed in communication about following throughThere is NOTHING unreasonable or unprofessional about expecting a business to follow through on a project to which they agreed

As I have previously stated, when I provided an estimate to the potential customer he was given a GENERAL time frame and told that my company would be in contact when my schedule allowed me to begin the projectWe did not have a contract (written or verbally) stating anything more specific than that
I will reiterate that he was not being ignored, as I did not receive the text message he claims to have sent meIf he felt that was the case the more logical option would have been to try a different means of communication before filing a complaint
Again,I'm sorry that the misunderstanding took place and hope he can find someone more flexible to take care of his project

Very bad customer serviceDelivery driver left with the pizza twice and when I called the store to speak with a manager, I was placed on speaker for everyone to hear the conversation, I was placed on hold and wasnt even told and hung up on by the manager who took the call

The's spots start at my roots which is virgin hair that has never been coloredMy hair has not been colored for many years I have many pictures taken the day of her treatment showing thisI requested green /blue undertone color to be used, texted her the morning prior to the service to verify she understood that and had enough of the product I was requesting I have texts from her confirming she understood that was what I wanted and was going to sallys before meeting me to get more of the undertone color I wanted

I was trying to gather more information about this case yesterday since I was out of town when it originally came to my email from Domino's customer care late WednesdayI have emailed the customer and my message to her is pasted below:

I purchased online tickets for my family to the indoor water park on their camelback websiteI found out after driving hour to the park that those tickets where for the outdoor parkI asked them for a refund so I could purchase the indoor water park tickets and I found out from the administration office that camelback and camelbeach are two different companies on the same resortWhen I went to try to explain to then my issueThey told me that the tickets were non refundableThere is no where on the website that specifically states that the tickets weren't refundable before the purchase or was it specified that these where different companiesWhen I was there on yesterday July 9th there was other people there with the same complaint I don't know what else to doThey were very rude and unprofessional As a consumer I would not want to go backThey have taken a wonderful vacation and made it a nightmare for me and my children They wouldn't even exchange the outdoo

While searching for the best quality for the money, I found Booth BuiltI received three quotes from different licensed contractorsTom Booth was the only owner of the business that personally showed up to place a quoteHe listened carefully to my concerns and how I felt my job was unique to my needsTom personally made the parts for my awning that I was most concerned with Once the awning was installed in the time frame that was quoted, Tom came by to check the work which was completedIt was done perfectly and I did not have to oversee the contractor who did the workA year later, and I am still very happy with my awningIt was well worth it

We have attempted to call customer a few times with no response, we will continue to do so. So we may rectify the issue. Thank you
