The workers are lazy and dont like to do their jobsThey always try to close early and refuse to take orders so they can go homeThe delivery guys never give reciepts, and will walk off with all of your change if you dont stopt them and specifically demand your changeThen once you get your change, they get really nasty when you tell them no tip becsuse they just stole your change and demanded oneI walked into the store at approximately 2:47am the store staff wasted time arguing with me about the store closing soon and it taking more time to make my pizza than it would take to be 3am eventually the manaher comes out and gets ignorant and tells me its after and the store is closedThe store manager is really rude and she needs to be replacedSo does the delivery guyI will not order from any dominos until they do

First of all, she is demanding that she gets her money backWe called her and offered to remake the pizzaShe ordered other food that she kept and was happy with, but demanded a refund for the entire orderShe does not want another pizza from us because she thinks we are going to do something to
her pizzaWhen we sell something, we make it right by correcting and remaking the foodWe do not just give a refund backWe will not give her money back, but we would be glad to remake the pizza that she was unhappy withShe kept 90% of the food so we will not refund her moneyWe also called her and had a good conversation with her, she just felt we were going to do something to her pizza, but I assure you that would not happen

I ordered from here twice and I waited hours and still never received my pizzaThe first time I had to wait hours and then they called and told me something happened to the store and they would refund my money and still never didThen today my and my spouse were calling the store several times and no one answered ; we were on the line for minutesTheir employees are rude and so is the manager!

We have reviewed the warranty claims submitted for unit, serial number XXXXXXXXX This unit was installed in April, and there are warranty claims filed on this unit, one for an air coil and for minor electrical components
WaterFurnace provided the parts at no charge, and a labor allowance to offset some of the repair costs The contractor then installed these parts at no charge to the Homeowner
In reference to the accessory warranty claims Our records indicate zone damper actuators were replaced prior to expiration of the year accessory warranty period In addition to this, based on the service records provided by the contractor, more have been replaced after the warranty expired Unfortunately, none of the zone actuators replaced were saved so, we cannot inspect or determine the root cause of the failures We can understand the Homeowners frustration, and we are willing to work with him In order to resolve this issue, we are prepared to provide his contractor with brand new zone damper actuators at no charge
As for the Geo storage tankThe service record indicates that this part was broken when the contractor tried to take it apart, this obviously is beyond the control of the tank manufacturer and not a warranty issue
While we appreciate the Customers position However, these claims in our opinion do not necessitate our company suppling an brand new unit and year parts and labor allowance warranty, all new accessories, zone control, zone dampers, etcat no charge Therefore, we must respectfully deny the request
Again, we appreciate the homeowners position, and can ship out the new actuators at his convenience, thank you for contacting WaterFurnace International, Inc

First and foremost, during our initial meeting, I explained to *** how very much I love and adore my husbandI told him we have a good life to- gether, and are together most of the timeI did not know if there was anyone about which to be concerned, and even if there was, I would not necessarily do something about itI also emphasized how important it was to me that he be discreet and not call me; I would call him!!! He did not say that it would be a problem. I don't talk "in circles"He does! Isn't that the premise of his agency? As for my working, I mentioned the possibility of surveillance to him a week or so before receiving my "comprehensive report", as I was curious to find out what he had discovered or done, and how much my bill would beI did not want to commit before knowing those thingsI gave him a temporary timetable of days, times, and a place or two I told him I would think about it, knowing that I would receive the "comprehensive report" soon, and could decide afterward if I wanted to "rehire" himIn the meantime, he did not communicate in any way --- to confirm dates, times, places, etcor to even ask about "going ahead" with surveillance when I would be workingHe did not call me in-between the time I paid him for my "faux" report and the time he billed me for the "supposed surveillance" billThe initial information was "stale" by the time I started working, but it is a moot point since I signed the Conclusion Agreement, stating that it was the end of our contract on March 19, After viewing the "report", and the billing, I was absolutely livid!!! It was like expecting an extensive, serious, important, formal report and instead receiving comic strips! And bilking for it, charging $for something I could do myself for under $One example is charging $for something I could get online for ninety-nine cents! It was not even information pertinent to my case! He was so sloppy and poorly organized in his work that he did work that was NOT AUTHORIZED!!! I am sorry for his "mental state", but it is not my problem. He confuses and intertwines issues and informationHe bullies, belittles, and tries to intimidateHe does this to make himself "the authority".He is no authority, and I shall do everything in my power to get him and his agency SHUT DOWN! I do not want others to be subjected to his thievery and immoral behavior. I didn't lie to himHe did not have trouble getting paid by meI do not owe him anything; he owes me!!!

Hello, Regarding this complaint made on 03/04/ I spoke to the customer on 03/06/and apologized for the product that she received and the way that my AM handled it when she called back to try to resolve the problem I assured her that I went over proper
procedure and customer service with this team member so he will better handle situations in the future(That kind of customer service will not be tolerated at our establishment) We do not know where the hair came from, many times when mushrooms are on a pizza they have tiny hairs sticking out of them that appear to be human hair Regardless we handled the situation very poorly, my team members are not allowed to ever argue with a customer I apologized for the way she was treated and assured her that we strive for excellence with product and with customer service I gave her full refund on her credit card and also gave her a credit for her next order to be free of charge (she has not used that credit yet, so I am afraid we lost a customer) However if given another chance we will do right by her as we value all of our customers.
