Still under warranty

I ordered a pizza to *** *** *** *** RM 208.I was charged for the pizza and pop three times on my debit card over the phone,After the lady proceeded to tell me my card had the wrong zip code.I called back and told them what happened,they said they would resolve the issue when they cashed out last night and never did.I was charged Three times,im asking for a refund of for both times they never should have charged me

Called the business spoke with *** he stated that they attempted to refund the money back as well as give free food but that was rejected

These guys were not a company they were workers that I had found on a site that did construction work I paid them both but if it can only be one person brett may is the one I actually handed the money to and I have his phone number these guys were a team together I do not have a phone number for

Again, Shamus Detective Agency and Richard M*** have provided no specific details regarding their experience or work performed regarding our attached contractThe contract, at top in Richard's handwriting, describes the work to be performed, including "domestic surveillance, prelim surveillance, to develop camera or other eavesdropping devices"I clearly explained over the phone and during my initial consultation (both with Richard) that I wanted someone with experience using equipment better than what I had available to detect any cameras or other surveillance devices that could be monitoring my homeRichard has provided no specific details regarding his experience or work performed to detect these "devices"Instead, he talks about observing people (not even in any specific details) and some hours where he supposedly drove around using no equipmentNot even close to what I asked him to do or what a client would reasonably expect from a professional charging close to $100/hr to DETECT CAMERAS OR OTHER EAVESDROPPING DEVICESI hired this firm to conduct the investigation I wanted them to conduct (detect cameras or other eavesdropping devices), not do whatever they wanted (or nothing at all)By not providing any specific details regarding his experience or work performed, effectively no work was performed and I paid $for nothing. Further supporting my complaint regarding this firm's unprofessional billing practices is their assertion that they should bill HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS for their incompetent responses to this complaint

I have been working with Ms***. she was advised that since the order was and the driver gave her $change then she would be getting a refund check in the amount of $18.00. Since she wants a refund for the order; she was advised she would not be getting both--a refund OR a gift certificate. I am checking on the status of the refund check at this time.

the gentleman I spoke to said he would get back to me after June ***, but I have not heard back from him

I spoke with ***, the mother, who had contacted Domino's directly and her daughter had filed the complaint with the Revdex.com. We are fully refunding their money on the pizza order. Everyone is happy with this resolution. Thank you

I ordered three tickets on 4/15/for my daughter to go to the waterpark at Aquatopia on 4/15/The site says to click on the date and if tickets are available they will populateI followed the instructions and tickets populatedI purchased for $They then send a link to print the ticketsPrinted the tickets and they have a date of 4/16/printedI immediately called the telephone number and the tickets could not be used on 4/It was a bait and switch tacticAfter multiple phone calls to Camelback I was told this happens all the timeThe computer defaults to the next available dateHowever that is not what the website saysIt clearly states that if no tickets are available for the selected date, they will not populateThen I am told that no one is available to assist for refunds because it is the weekendI call again and this time I am told to purchase new tickets and then ask for a refund for the first onesThis is the biggest scamIf they couldn’t get it

I called the customer and spoke with her over the phone We came to a resolution I apologized to customer and requested a gc for her Customer said she would close the case

I placed an order for ONE of the oven baked sandwichesI placed my order at 11PM and did not receive it until TWO HOURS LATER at 1AMWhen Calling the store after an hour wait time to see what the hold up was I was told several times "more minutes" after nearly two hours I decided to cancel the order and get a refundWhen complaining to the so called manager at that location (*** *** *** *** **) I was hung up on mid speech and when I called back to see about a refund and how long would it take for the funds to go back to the card, I was hung up on several more timesThe employees there lack customer service skills, need to be replaced on retrained and I'll NEVER purchase from Domino's againBy the time I got the sandwich it was cold, and overall mediocre

I am rejecting this response because: I believe they have the wrong customer, there was no pending charge due to the fact I was paying cashSecondly, I spoke to the manager or the person pretending to be the manager named *** that night it happened. On March 8, at 9:am I called *** and was told that the District Manager name for the store on W Florissant, name was *** an she took my name and number and said he would call within hours.I just received a call today, at 5:pm from the supervisor who says that I have 50% off my next order...and that this was relayed to me...this was the first I talked to someone concerning this matter and there was no credit to my account so they may have their customer complaints mixed upBut the 50% off next order will be ok as long as they have it in for the correct customer
